Rocket-Ron Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 First I turned up with last years season ticket, couldn't understand why i wasn't getting in. Went to the ticket office who gave me a new ticket (thank you ticket office) got in just at kick off. Then half way through the first half turned to my friend and said "when did Phil Dowd drop down to being a championship referee?" Mare

gazfox9 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 On that performance, he ought to be. I thought he reffed it well?
MattGamble92 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 I thought he reffed it well? So did I. I think with most Leicester fans there is no such thing as a bad Leicester performance, only a bad ref
promised land Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 So did I. I think with most Leicester fans there is no such thing as a bad Leicester performance, only a bad ref Is that why the inbreds were booing then at full time, because of the ref? I know fans pay their money and are entitled to voice their opinion but booing FFS, why? The club doesn't need these types of fans so if any on here booed do us all a favour and go and throw yourself under a train.
Buzzell Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Decent performance from the ref. Can't blame him on today's performance. We we're shit.

orangecity23 Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 I thought there were a lot of poor decisions in the second half especially from Dowd, any touch on a Burnley defender was a free kick. The Nugent booking was poor, wasn't even a foul. Didn't think Schlupp fouled Trippier at all before the penalty shout. Had no control whatsoever over the Trippier injury situation. I am overreacting a bit, he wasn't the worst we've had by a long stretch, just it was too easy an opportunity to stick the boot in a little after Rocket-Ron set it up so blatantly
Larry_LCFC Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Felt like the Championship to be fair. No glamour in the slightest.
bovril Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Honestly I kept forgetting it was a Premiership game.
Deucalion Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 Am I the only one who didn't hear boos? Nope. People got up with pretty big huffs at the final whistle but I didn't hear any boos.

inckley fox Posted 4 October 2014 Posted 4 October 2014 I didn't hear any boos either. You know, I thought I heard a lot of boos when Mahrez' number came up for the substitution, a la Gunnlaugsson 1999 (if you remember O'Neill kicking off at that one!) but I could be wrong. I don't agree with booing at full time, but if they did then I understand why. We were outclassed by Burnley's reserves!
