Rob1742 Posted 14 November 2014 Posted 14 November 2014 A good few years ago we viewed a house on Avondale Road in Wigston. As we went around the house with the vendor, we couldn't help but think how perfect it was for us. It just was really suitable, but there was a niggle. As we went through each room downstairs, their dog followed us, and it had a tod hanging out of its harris. We left the property, and instead of dscussing the suitability of the house, which really was clear, the question we asked each other was "did you see that tod hanging out the back of that dog" Just wondered if anyone else has an obscure reason why they haven't bought a house?
Beliall Posted 14 November 2014 Posted 14 November 2014 . Not buying a house because a dog nearly laid an egg in it
johnny the fox Posted 14 November 2014 Posted 14 November 2014 This issue has bothered me for most of my life time.. that's why I favour pooch pampers..
Nalis Posted 14 November 2014 Posted 14 November 2014 Dogs just want to be your friend Rob. Embrace the canine.

ozleicester Posted 15 November 2014 Posted 15 November 2014 We once put an offer on a house that the floors were not finished, eg they were just dirt. The house was out in the bush and had loads of land and a great location and the house walls and roof etc were all fine, just the floors were still just earth. We went back for a second look and there were some mushrooms growing in the corner of one room... that was finally enough to say.. nahhhh

I once didn't buy a house because the owners dog had a tod hanging out its harris, yet the current house we live in was purchased without it having a roof on it.
Jace Posted 15 November 2014 Posted 15 November 2014 Its a tough decision to spend £150,000+ on something especially if you have just seen a dog crap on it
