MC Prussian Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Tim Sherwood the man who had the highest win percentage at spurs. Lightning never strikes twice - or isn't that the way you put it?
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Tim Sherwood the man who had the highest win percentage at spurs. I wouldn't go off win percentages if I were holding your position.
Buzzell Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Done a lot more in the game than Nigel Pearson has thats for sure. And you're point is? What's that got anything to do with being a manager of a football club?
L1wazza Posted 8 December 2014 Author Posted 8 December 2014 No, he isn't. Or else we'd get hammered week in, week out. Sitting in the stands has one advantage: A much better view. Next exaggeration, please. If its such a good tactic sitting in the stands then why are the 19 managers not doing it higher than us. why have the top managers throughout history never done it? everyone knows a touchline presence has a lot of influence. like I said he should just watch from his TV next game and let phillips and shakespeare do all the work Lightning never strikes twice - or isn't that the way you put it? you really are a moron, he got that through multiple games not one fluke
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Tim Sherwood the man who had the highest win percentage at spurs. He got sacked for a reason pal. You can't really use win % over such a short tenure anyway. Besides this is a bit more challenging than the Spurs Job. As someone has pointed out, Pearsons win/loss is outstanding.
The Doctor Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 you really are a moron, he got that through multiple games not one fluke Pearson has a high win-percentage for us over a far longer period than Sherwood. If you want to go off win percentages, that's another argument for Nigel staying

Where were you last year? In Loughborough, wearing a Forest shirt?
L1wazza Posted 8 December 2014 Author Posted 8 December 2014 I wouldn't go off win percentages if I were holding your position. BIG difference between doing it in the premier league and league 1/championship
MC Prussian Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 BIG difference between doing it in the premier league and league 1/championship Then let's see how Tim Sherwood does it in the Championship. EVERYONE, GET TIM HERE A JOB!
ARTY_FOX Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 BIG difference between doing it in the premier league and league 1/championship Big difference from doing it with a team was already playing European football and just had 100 million spent on it for half a season than doing it on a budget over multiple seasons

Where were you last year? In Loughborough, wearing a Forest shirt? he probably didnt even do much last season tbh and more of it was shakespeare and the players.
MC Prussian Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 he probably didnt even do much last season tbh and more of it was shakespeare and the players. You wot m8?
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 BIG difference between doing it in the premier league and league 1/championship Quite sure if you handed Pearson a squad worth 100 Million we wouldn't be bottom.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 BIG difference between doing it in the premier league and league 1/championship His win perecentage post-2011 is second only to Martin Allen's, beating even 2008-2010. ALLEN IN! I got the reigns mixed up, he's still second only to himself (2008-2010) Martin Allen's four games in 2007 though.
ARTY_FOX Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 he probably didnt even do much last season tbh and more of it was shakespeare and the players. Now.you have to be trolling? We won the league with ease and it's the players and shakespeare, but when we do shit it's all Pearson? Absolute idiot
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 he probably didnt even do much last season tbh and more of it was shakespeare and the players. So when we do well it's Shakespeare and the players, when we do badly it's Pearson. Get a grip.
The Doctor Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 he probably didnt even do much last season tbh and more of it was shakespeare and the players. In that case it's Shakespeare and the players fault now. You can't blame him for the bad stuff and pass him over for the credit when it's going well.
Buzzell Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Wazza, turn it in lad. You're having an absolute mere in here.
L1wazza Posted 8 December 2014 Author Posted 8 December 2014 There is no way that the owners are going to let him relegate us, so when he leaves you can all support the next team he goes to.
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 In that case it's Shakespeare and the players fault now. You can't blame him for the bad stuff and pass him over for the credit when it's going well. amazing scenes. I'm going home early **** it .
StanSP Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 The words he used were bang out of order, if you said that to a customer at work you would be fired on the spot. So unprofesional. How can you be so sure he said those words? The video isn't clear. Maybe you were the fan calling him an 'utter twat'
L1wazza Posted 8 December 2014 Author Posted 8 December 2014 In that case it's Shakespeare and the players fault now. You can't blame him for the bad stuff and pass him over for the credit when it's going well. my point is, that now were in the premier league him not doing anything is costing us. how can you influence a game when sitting that high up? enlighten me
The Doctor Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 There is no way that the owners are going to let him relegate us, so when he leaves you can all support the next team he goes to. :xmaslaugh: :xmaslaugh: - Really. So, they've stuck with him so far through this bad patch and have backed him for the past 3 years, but they're going to sack him because some eejit on an internet forum thinks we're down if we don't change things now?
MC Prussian Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 my point is, that now were in the premier league him not doing anything is costing us. how can you influence a game when sitting that high up? enlighten me So, he's just up there watching the game each week, yeah?
Babylon Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 my point is, that now were in the premier league him not doing anything is costing us. how can you influence a game when sitting that high up? enlighten me He doesn't need to, it's all Shakespeare. That's why he sits up there because it's nothing to do with him.
