my point is, that now were in the premier league him not doing anything is costing us. how can you influence a game when sitting that high up? enlighten me

 

Vantage point sonny-boy - from up in the gods you can see a wider picture and spot things you wouldn't down on the touchline. Even so, these complaints about being sat in the stand are stupid, it worked fine last season, and it worked fine for Ferguson at Manure - he'd not be down to the touchline until near the end.

Yea he just sits up in the stand with no lines of communication to the people on the touchline. They just do what they want till he comes down with 10 mins to go

I'd rather give a manager with a track-record of improving us and turning us around a fair crack than toss him aside for massive upheaval and no guarantee of safety because we've hit a sticky patch.

I'm backing Pearson, same as I did couple of years ago when we went on a similar run, got it right in the end with the backing of the owners. He is a manager of a group of players most all untried in the prem, as he his himself. I think it's a shame upson has been injured all season, think his experience would have been vital, Pearson couldn't legislate for this. Even if we are to go down all of the squad will benefit from the experience of this season and will be better prepared the next time.

Hope if you ever get a new job you are not judged on your first 22hrs in it.

Just hope if we do go down all the tourist fans feck off, even had one bellend near me on the first day against Everton saying 'these are the teams we have to beat!' FFS a team that regurlaly finish in the top six!!

Sherwood was a right muppet, it only worked at Spurs thanks to his knowledge of development squad and motivating factor of playing dropped players he was mates with

Laudrup inherited a cracking squad in the best setup in the country - He caused lots of issues and was still dispensed with from a freakishly really stable club

Pearson's swearing at an abusive idiot supposed fan probably gave the owners an opportunity to dispense with his services and not have to pay up his new, well earned contract... If they've not taken that opportunity you can assume he has their full support, so you & everyone may as well direct your emotions elsewhere, maybe use them positively and provide a cracking atmosphere for our players to try to turn around this freakish unprecedented run.

Yes, and he's ultimately managed to turn it around in the past. With time, skill, passion and patience from the majority of our fans.

No, you would not be fired on the spot. If you were stood doing your job and someone when on a several minute swearing rant at you that person would be escorted from the premises. You seem to be making out there was no provocation.

When was pearson relegated?

Edit: OGS won the champions league and still took Cardiff down so winning trophies as a player means absolutely naff all when it comes to being a football manager. YOU clearly know nothing about football

Can I ask what the **** has Cambiasso being a Champions League winner got anything to do with managing a football club?!
