polarbear Posted 13 January 2015 Posted 13 January 2015 Roma have always been a second team of mine so I pay attention to their matches quite a bit. Bradley isn't thought of in the highest regard; usually out of position, headless chicken, misplaced passes, and this is in the Italian league. I don't think he would suit us tbh

LCFC_Oak Posted 13 January 2015 Posted 13 January 2015 Like people have already mentioned, this is not a realistic option.. he currently earns £70k a week and he won't be taking a paycut to move to the the prem.
Ian S Posted 13 January 2015 Posted 13 January 2015 Blah blah blah, I didn't say Mahrez isn't very good. If you look properly then you will see I said he can be exceptional at times, but he can be poor at times. Mahrez doesn't have his own hate page on the Internet though, unlike Michael Bradley. Have to say agree on Mahrez, has looked much better recently but has looked very ordinary also this season regularly leaving our right backs up S*** Creek. Not sure seen enough of Bradley to have an informed opinion, but everyone looks bad playing for Villa.

Yep agree, Mahrez can be up & down but so can all our players, up until probably the Spurs game all our players were showing signs of inconsistency. Bradley, if some fans want to keep embarrassing themselves by saying he is good, then please keep this thread open. If Leicester fans think they know more than a bunch of USA fans, who happen to watch the guy more often than they do, please continue to deluded yourselves.

Bradley is a good player but is making so much money at Toronto that it would cost too much in a) Transfer fee and b) wages to sign him. The problem with Bradley is that his dad used to be manager of the USA team - That clouds people's judgement. There was a large minority who thought he was only in the team because of dad. Sure he had a poor World Cup but there were plenty of players you could say that about.

Yes correct he did have a poor World Cup; however some deluded Leicester fans seem to think he was the pick of the USA midfield & was the driving force in the team. USA impressed me at the World Cup, had a look on the BigSoccer forum during it, and they were quick to praise the likes of Beckerman & Jones, but there were a lot of negative comments on Bradley.

Yep - BigSoccer is the epicentre of the Bradley debate. See previous post. He could be man of the match in every game for a year and people would still complain about him. The other reason not to sign him is because all the mouth breathers from the Yanks Abroad forum will flood this site and then insist that nothing is his fault.
lcfcsnow Posted 13 January 2015 Posted 13 January 2015 If he's a great player what's he doing returning to the MLS mid career?
placidcasual Posted 13 January 2015 Posted 13 January 2015 If he's a great player what's he doing returning to the MLS mid career? Being paid 6 times his Roma salary might have something to do with it?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 I think we could do better, according to most he's lost his way recently.
CosbehFox Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 If you consider Toronto wanted £6 million for Defoe originally what do they want for Bradley? It's total horse shit made up by some sad act.
Lovejoy Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Would take this if the financials were right. Not worthy of earning double the rest of the squad imo, but would toughen us up in the middle for sure.
