If that is OK, try clearing your cache, or run CCleaner - download from https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download. I'm running Kodi at around 1100kb/s and it's sharp as a pin with no buffering.

Download is 60meg without cyber ghost, with its 1.5meg but understandable as the free version is limited to 1meg. CCleaner already used. Stumped.

Easy job - CYBER GHOST (free trial) XBMC (Kodi) Buffering seems to be the problem,managed to watch THE VILLA game for about 2 minutes then the Primitive Buffering malarky comes into play. Will have a look tho...it's a good picture. My ISP is VIRGIN MEDIA and i never have any problems with Youtube,but i wouldn't go as far as to say that THEY DON'T KNOW what's going on,and they are quite capable of throwing multiple spanners in the works. Thanks to the WELSH GUY on the early Youtube link posted, and Webbo for insistant prompting to have a go...otherwise i wouldn't of touched this with a Bargepole - but i'm glad i did. You might get a better result if subscribing i would imagine.

Click on add ons under Videos, highlight NBC sport without starting it, right click, you'll see a little menu pop down go to settings. It's easy after that. Just did a speed test through Cyberghost and got 17mbps

Genesis for movies and TV.Have you got sports devil? That has loads of streams and the Sky Sports channels, as does Navi X. Best to just have a play around with it. there are thousands of channels on there. Some of the add ons are blocked so you have to change the URL to get around this. There are loads of videos on Youtube to tell you how to do this. PS You don't need a VPN for most add ons.
