He did, for two matches, one of them against England, because Kuba Błaszczykowski, our regular captain at the time, was injured. And it was the first time I saw our national team that motivated. Even the dudes who usually just shuffled their feet around, during the match with England were playing like their lives depended on it. With whole respect for Kuba, who was very good captain, I absolutely loved the fire in our team when Marcin wore the armband. Anyway whenever he is in our national team, he is always second after captain, as the teammates respect him very much.

I know he was Manchester United's Dev Squad captain and youth captain, and Mr. Wiki says he was England U19's captain, Not sure he's the captain material for Leicester just yet, i'd still go with Cambiasso / Wasyl over James, I'm hoping Cambiasso is teaching James a fair few things on and off the pitch. We need to tie James down.
