Pearson should see out the season

No, I havent had too many Shandys, but we have been ****ed since we decided to let the Twat have the Jan transfer window to strengthen (Thats worked out well). Just as he's ruined our most anticipated season in a decade I want to ruin his CV. Why should the knobhead avoid having a gutless, pathetic, limp, fightless relagation on his CV. No way should he avoid it, then hopefully he will never grace the top flight again.

I don't know, we could put him on gardening leave and still give the new manager 10 games to assess the squad, and get a little PL experience under their belt. Especially if, as seems likely, we have to bring in a good lower league manager who hasn't served at this level.

Gardening leave would be the best option really.

Hes either the right man to take us forward, or he isnt, in the eyes of the board.

If they feel he is the wrong man, get rid, and give the new manager every opportunity to assess the squad and put in place what he wants tfor next season.

If they feel he is the right man, let him carry on.

But then it would historically be seen that someone else actually took City down, and no one other than Coco deserves that that stain on there record. He has proved this season in fantastic fashion that not only is he a not very nice bloke, hes also a very, very poor manager in so many areas.

Get rid. We are not mathematically down. Can't see Pearson with his current attitude keeping us up, someone else, no matter how slim the chances, might.

Seriously, who actually gives a fvck that much? Everyone knows that he's been the manager during the relegation season, maybe you want it officially so you can boast about it to your mates or something?

Sad man.

I expect you were one of the bellends telling us all 'we will not be relegated' every week. Who is honestly going to come in now, give it up, it was over weeks ago.

Someone posted earlier about sacking him now as a statement to everyone that these performances aren't acceptable. I think there's something in that. I don't care for pearson's record at all.

No I wasn't, I'm not a deluded fanboy. I can see the league table. I have given up.

I just don't see the desperation to want the man's career ruined because he's had a terrible season. The club will continue, the next manager will hopefully be better and we'll all move on. Do you seriously think people won't hold Pearson responsible for the season if he's sacked tonight?

Well do you not think the time to have done that was the 13 games without a win??? Whats the point now.

Initially of course they will, but over time people may not, for instance who will see Holloway as the man that city to the third tier totally ignoring the role of Allan and Megson? I would have been delighted to have seen him sacked in Nov, Dec, Jan or Feb, but its totally pointless now. A decent chunk of these players will not be here next season anyway and we have well and truly missed the boat with decent available managers.

With the benefit of hindsight, yes we should have sacked him, but we didn't. I'd appoint a caretaker now with a view to getting a permanent manager in at the end of the season.

Does it really matter? This club matters far more than Nigel Pearson, whether he's given the blame or not. Will anyone care if the next man takes us up and establishes us as a stable Premier League club?

Holloway was at the club far longer and had far more influence than any manager taking over now, in any case.

Sack him. That way Tony will sign a new contact, Wes won't be captain, Albrighton won't be locked in Pearson's dungeon and we just might put a couple of results together...

And all those players who had relations with his daughter can finally admit what they have done

It didn't help Peter Taylor much that he wasn't around for the funeral.

Pearson's done this club much more good than bad, he's been shit this season but the vitriol is out of order. Even if he is sacked he's left us in much better condition than when he joined.
