he looked like being a nailed on first team left back a couple of years ago but things seemed to have stalled some what this has not been helped by the mad idea of trying to make him into a left sided centre half don't think he is the answer but equally not sure he could do much worse

Depends on how you judge far too easy Against Chelsea u18's he hardly got a kick and was virtually non existent until he got taken off at half time. There centre half is top player so you could alike it to playing against an u21 He wasn't that much more prominent against Reading apparently but as usual he took his one chance very well Very very difficult to look like a world beater when you play up top on your own so there are certainly plenty of reasons for him not appearing to impact the game enough Bottom line is he scores goals with relevant ease when the opportunity arises
