Mad isn’t it that up until last season he was never played at centre half, basically poor bloke had to fill in every other position under the sun uncomfortably and was only initially trusted in a back 3 until the injury crisis gave Rodgers no choice, I find it baffling he’s been playing centre back for Ghana for years but we’ve never utilised him in 4-5 years until now, brilliant squad player who we all should appreciate

Will we ever see any loans to leuven again in the future or is there friction from OH management?

Maybe not but there’s obviously been a lack of intensity/energy for a while and some would say players have been going through the motions, the last 3 games have been a complete difference which is my point, we’re doing the basics well again.

Judging the last 3 prem games the players definitely still believe in him and looked really hungry last night, hopefully we see the same effort and aggression on Saturday

I absolutely love kasper and he’s been one of our greatest signings, people won’t realise how good he’s been over the last 10 years until he leaves. What I will say tho is in my opinion one of our biggest weaknesses is not having a keeper that comes for crosses, most premier goalkeepers do come and take the ball under pressure a few times a game but kasper stays on his line even when the ball goes into the six yard box, trouble is you can’t just rely on your defence to keep clearing the danger for 90+ mins as your going to concede chances at some point and when the opposition do make contact it’s always point blank and flies in because he’s stuck on his line

What actually happened to Neil Lewis?? O’Neill played him for a while during our first season back in the prem and I remember him looking good

He used to be everywhere breaking up attacks with his telescopic legs but I’ve noticed he’s nowhere near when the opposition have long shots lately, It might be time to bring in some serious competition for his place in the summer and give him a kick up the ass

Probably going to get shot down but wilf looks half the player he used to be, could be a mixture of things but I have noticed he get’s bypassed in midfield a lot more regularly than he used to and seems to just jog back half hearted, I could be totally wrong but seems to be going through the motions a bit

I’d be shocked if there’s not a change at the club regarding physio/medical team set up this summer, our injuries are a joke and it can’t be all just bad luck, surely rudkin and the board are on this.
