Nah, have to play a replay at their training ground tomorrow
-
Doesn't mean he's looking elsewhere though.. just means he wasn't happy with that specific offer.. might have rejected with a counter offer for all we know.. could fancy more playing time, better bonuses etc Even if he has turned us down to look elsewhere, can hardly blame him.. we're a mess and hardly any players are loyal nowadays, we were lucky with Vards staying so long but we haven't had it with youth players.. even when they do appear to want to stay, we end up flogging them anyway Barnes and KDH for example.. so he may want out whilst its still his choice He's just a kid regardless.. so make the right decision for himself and best of luck whether he stays or goes

Two seasons in a row where the sponsor vanishes off the face of the earth then 🤣

Pretty much everything and anything tbh

I don't quite think it's as simple as that. As we all know we shouldn't believe what we read in the papers. The club's got history of convincing managers we are in a better position than reported and then it turns out to be utter rubbish. Even Enzo got messed around in the January window too. The players he inherited were rubbish and there does seem to be an attitude issue with some players. The back up players to whom he started were no better. I'm sure he's happy with the money he's made, but I'm also confident he'd rather have had a decent 18 months here and earnt a bigger move. That being said, I do feel he was tactically inept and came across as a shite man to man manager. But I don't think the job he got was strictly the job he thought he was getting. I'm not sad to see him go, but I just don't think we treat managers right.. you have to give them the right tools to do the job and frankly that squad was honking
-
I can only assume the club have worked out that doing it before the first 1st July, that the punishment will be the same with psr regardless of the costs to sack him.. so they've decided to take the hit in this year rather than start the next one behind. As crap as he seemed.. I feel sorry for ruud... we didn't deliver on empty transfer promises..misled him on the situation at the club.. very similar to Rodgers final 18 months. Best thing to happen now is Top announces he's sold the club

Not sure if I haven't come to turns that we are in the championship again or what I was expecting.. but I just looked through that list and not one game excites me 🤣 -

You'd be right. I'd obviously be devasted.. but with how hard we've fallen under Tops stewardship I also wouldn't be slightly surprised -

Wigan away after the EFL relegate us to League one. Mullin hattrick.. two weeks later KP go bust and we fold and there starts AFC Leicester playing against Kettering the following season Well either that or Swansea at home -
Probably wouldn't celebrate it too much.. if KP go bump we could do the same, or drop out of the EFL altogether.

Wout to Monaco (loan with ~€8m option, official)

How does he earn a living through football -
Wout to Monaco (loan with ~€8m option, official)

Definitely decreased what little value he had further with that performance against Belgian I really don't understand why he gets called up nor why his name gets mentioned with interest from other clubs, other than a name filler. What I can see happening though is him leaving to go overseas, somehow holds a position all season like he has here after making mistake after mistake, and ended up with a man of the match award and a trophy in the Europa/Europe Conference league final, leaving us all thinking how the fk has that happened and him feeling vindicated. -
I hate it when a player is rubbish for his club but amazing for his country. Fortunately we don't have that with Wout.. absolute shite.. admire the consistency
-
Will have Wanya back too.. although he hasn't done much on loan so I'd imagine he'll be loaned out again
-
Absolutely fantastic this is, if it comes off. Cannot stand the guy. Massive brown noser, always been an all mouth no action player.. will be the first player in the new managers office everytime we sign someone agreeing with everything he hears. Genuinely rather keep Vesty over Coady.. although in an ideal world they both go
-
I think we're stuck with Vesty for life. In an ideal world, they all go
-
Almost like it'd Ruuds fault that we gave him that contract clause. Clubs a joke. I don't think he's a particularly good manager, but I feel somewhat sorry for how he's been treated too. We'd scraped a few points under Cooper, and with his experience, probably would've picked up a few more, but we were never going to stay up with the squad we'd got. No doubt Ruud was told we'd support him in January, then told mid January, sorry the accounts are worse than we thought. Since then he's been scapegoated.. yea his tactics and selection hasn't been the best, but he's hardy got a hand to play with this squad has he. I've gotten to the point where I despise the leadership of the club, but as a lifelong fan I'll back whoever we chose to manage us.. whether that's Ruud or a new appointment.. the main thing is, as fans we need to know who we are supporting right now! Top stop hiding and bring out a statement you spineless tosser

Hermansen to Chelsea Sancho back to Dortmund Vardy to Arsenal Grealish to Spurs Danny Ings to Leicester
-
Sunderland are 100% going down the Southampton route and I completely agree on Burnleys route.. I can actually see them going close but they'll not have enough goals to convert the odd win they'll need. I fancy Leeds to maybe go for it and take the hit the following season the following year. I also think the FA wouldn't mind them staying up.. capable of relatively big returns from a well followed team like them
-
Can't stand them, but I fancy Leeds to stay up. They're an attractive proposition, seem to have money to spare and will have a good crack at it. Yes they need new players but they'll sort it. I think Bournemouth will lose a few players and West Ham are doggo, Wolves will struggle without Cunha and Man U need a massive overhaul.
-
The only truth I could see in it is if they're planning to buy him to loan him out for a season to develop elsewhere. They know they'd get a decent price now and that they'd unlikely lose out on him Hoping he stays though and starts week in week out
-
Best we can hope for with Vesty is to loan him and pay some of his wages. I'm hoping his wages drop with relegation as he signed a new contract last summer.. but it is rudkin so even if that is the case he's probably still going to see 50k a month. He'd be happy to sit on that you'd think
-
Yea I feel like that era ended years ago With Vardy going I don't feel any connection to the club anymore. The only way back for me is one of these youth players (Nelson ideally) coming through as the first name on the team sheet type with absolute passion to get the fans back on side. Genuinely feel like I'm watching a PL2 game when I watch the team now. Ie I'd like us to win but I'm not that bothered and I don't give a damn about any of the team. I do feel bad towards riccy p and wilf about that as they've been here a while and for the most part have been great, but they're not the same as they once were and are on their way out too I feel.
-
Hahaha nothing against gingers don't get me in trouble I just don't like him, same as I don't like Harry Kane.. neither have done anything wrong.. I'm probably just a bit of an d1ck 😂
-
Maybe I have my facts wrong then or just clouded judgement because I just don't like him for some reason 🤣
