I've held a pcv licence for best part of 10 years. I've done many school runs, i can assure you your little darlings swear as bad as any fan at a game.

You would think that, i was asked for the last 4 digits. I don't pay for anything via EA so they would be the original numbers of a card i would have had from years ago which i have no way of remembering. All don't really matter now, i cut my losses, made a new account and linked it with a different email address. I don't play ultimate team etc or id be very very angry. I just like the online stuff for the catalogue crap like financial take overs etc.

My issue is i can't remember the original email address i used to set up the account. If i knew that they could help. I had this questionnaire type thing, questions like phone number, other EA products i have and date of purchase. I know games I've played, no chance of knowing when i got them. I'm going to try a new psn name threw a different email address, i only play career mode anyway so I'll log into that purely for fifa. Just hoping that works as I've not tried yet due to work.

Turning on fifa 22 i get the, its been a while change your password. Email sent to an account to reset I've never heard of and clearly has never belonged to me. I've had my account hacked sometime in the past and not took interest as i only play career mode but like using the cash to buy things like kits or take overs etc. I've created another account but don't know how to get out my old account to start the new one linked with my Facebook and current email address. Any help would be much appreciated as EA helped as much as a cheese grater for a case of hemorrhoids 🤣
