  1. With young players you have to give them a chance before deciding they’re simply not quite up to speed yet. Plenty of players aren’t that highly rated, end up with a chance and surpass all expectations. Luke Thomas looked at his best when he first had an opportunity, I don’t recall any hype around him but he slotted in quickly and looked the part (initially). I remember reading Rashford wasn’t tipped as a first team player but seized a chance due to injury. The Leicester pathway is to go on loan and almost unanimously impress for 2 or 3 seasons before you get a chance - it doesn’t always have to be that way. If Evans had 10/15 minutes here or there - even during defeats, he’d much further along right now, just look at Page.
  2. Demonstrably not a small club
  3. The good appointments don’t stick around for very long though
  4. Sorry if you’re cutting him any slack you’re an idiot as well. The essence of the interview is “I’m out of my depth, I have no idea what I’m doing, I’m gullible and don’t have the competence sort this but I do care” He’s barely ever here so it’s not even true.
  5. He does not deserve the benefit of doubt. This is just confirming what we already knew, he’s out of his depth. Besides, if he can’t communicate then that’s another reason for him to sell
  6. We’re running on 2019 dogma. Every club that keeps trying it is slowly reverting away. I sort of hope we appoint Martin because that will be the final nail in the coffin for King Power
  7. His dad died 8 years ago. If it’s so much of an obstacle to progress (it’s not, we got better in the immediate years afterwards) then he should sell. He should sell anyway but I’m not having a former owner dying being a millstone around the club’s neck forever. The club belongs to us, Top is a custodian and if he can’t run it (as we’re seeing) he needs to leave.
  8. He doesn’t understand how we got relegated ffs. He just doesn’t get it - he’s thick
  9. Famously the bookies have never been wrong about Leicester. Even discounting 15/16 - I bet we were 20/1(?) to go down in 22/23
  10. It’s straight from the horses mouth. He’s just admitted he’s a moron, you can’t argue with it
  11. Get this f ucking ***** out. “I don’t know how we got relegated” - he’ll be saying that about relegation to League 1. Thick c unt. He’s killing the club because he’s dumb, that’s it.
  12. In what f ucking way does Gary Rowett “know the club” he played 57 times 24 years ago
  13. Fatawu has been starved of any support and he’s scored 6 and set 7 up. He’s had some terrible games but had to do it all himself - I’m not sure what people expect. 10 goals, 10 assists in a rubbish team with a rubbish manager?
  14. It’s lazy to say he’s been involved in this shit shows I therefore he’s just as culpable. We don’t know if Cifuentes trusted and valued him at all. King could be very capable, he could be shit. Brentford are institutionally the other end of the scale to us in terms of intelligence but Keith Andrews had no managerial experience. He’s taken Brentford up a level with a worse squad. I’m not suggesting King will do the same but sometimes the internal solution knows exactly what the problem is and they’re just not listened to. A new manager probably comes in and gives Soumare 5 games, think Vestergaard and Okoli are better because “experience”. Page probably gets 5 minutes here and there. There’s lots of reasons appointing King is a bad idea but he’s a wildcard. That’s preferable to appointing Rooney or whatever retarded decision the retards running the club do
  15. He’s seen things work out miraculously and get results without the systems and processes. Its worked out for him so far so he think ms it will again. The idea we’ll go up next season
  16. The Red flags were there after labouring past unfit, unpaid 10 man Sheffield Wednesday with goals from two corners. If Top actually gave a shit and turned up, he’d have been sacked a while ago.
  17. Plenty of coaches have very little in the way of experience. What’s be supposed to do, coach the youth team for ten years first? I’d rather we have a good manager with a track record but Top and Rudkin are incapable. King and Pearson together would be my preferred choice but I doubt Pearson would want to deal with this shit show at his age, with his health.
  18. He wasn’t even that good the season we went up as champions. His 2023 was good, that was it
  19. It wasn’t binary. We have to resist this line of thinking as it offers an easy out and takes the heat off. The decline has been a choice, it’s been easier to avoid this than it was to get there. Completely inexcusable
  20. Out of work is all Top and Rudkin can manage. Couldn’t even get Rohl and Wednesday were obviously heading towards disaster.
  21. He’s been a dealt a mixed hand and he’s played it absolutely horribly. Crap manager QPR didn’t want - can’t coach an attack at all. Enjoy the pay off, he’ll need it to top up his 800€ pw wage at Sant Andreu.
  22. I have an immense amount of respect for ex players and anybody dependent on access to the club expressing their true feelings. The Pyongyang methods work for now but the damn is breaking.
  23. We’re just not backing the lads enough, get behind them
  24. I’m from the city technically but have grown up in the county. I’ve been wound up for years, it’s not worse because I don’t live on Tudor road
  25. It’s quite cathartic to just be soundly beaten and not be bailed out by undeserved screamers.
