  1. We need to set this up. **** the Bordeaux Marathon with its steak and wine.
  2. To be fair Huth has taken the relevant degree/qualifiction which is where a lot of the ex-footballers start on their TD/DoF path. He was also very vocal at the reunion night, he would only take a role he felt was worth it which probably eludes to his spell as a loan manager.
  3. Harborough and Anstey saw off higher opposition over the weekend in the Trophy. Nomads impressively away at Step 2 Bedford Town. Harborough got a really good result not playing as Halesowen got a last minute equaliser at home to Spalding. Quorn in a bit of a sticky patch at the moment, lost 3-2 at Banbury. Annoying they face each other tomorrow night - the biggest Leicestershire derby this season, both games on Tuesday nights. UCL South is now cooking with Nuneaton losing to Histon.
  4. Did a good job project managing some King Power projects, so in line with 'job for the boys', he looks sure fire.
  5. Good job the interviewer didn’t ask him why he’d lost his role and pushed off to one with less responsibility within the King Power during that focus on Thailand
  6. At the root cause of our issue, the defence for the current ownership at the moment is ‘well this was Leicester City historically’ Really sad, downbeat opinion to hold. No wonder the vibe around the city as a whole is so bad
  7. By the way, minor thing but something that speaks a lot about LCFC and its PR. The Youtube video is title 'Khun Top EXCLUSIVE interview' The use of the word exclusive is North Korea esque. It eludes to him being more important and that this is something rare. You can't talk about uniting people and then use language which illustrates 'master to his peasants'. While suggesting this is a a unique event when citing he's going to be more involved. Throw in that the citing way of listening to the fans is to discuss with six selected fans on the FAB.
  8. The idea is right - you have to acknowledge that. The execution poor. Location. Interview style. Two chairs like a Westlife gig. The extent of the interview is acknowledging the disconnection but it didn't say anything about how that changes. I want to hear the plan how the club are going to get out of this mess. The decisions they have made and the actions going forward. I want to hear the extent of the Technical Director role. I want to know who is charge of picking our manager and selecting our signings. The majority of fans need to be sold something that is a realistic vision. This ain't it.
  9. There isn't an outright answer other than its traditional for long leaseholds to be 49 years or 99 years. My very fainting guess is that after 50 years - the land might have supposed flood risk or something?
  10. Fair play looks Nuneaton have found a site for a new ground. Agreed a 49 year lease with the council.
  11. Amongst the madness of all this, I thought Challsy contribution on BSLB was excellent and its that nuanced discussion of everything which is vital in any unifying strands of the fanbase. We have to start looking at a proper forum in exchange of opinions which is outside that of the clubs constrains. It needs to be adult, sensible and nuanced. Without the need for pile on's and the social media waffle. It's a credit to the BSLB boys given they are not any major media organisation that they gave the discussion space to actually go into subtle detail. As a fanbase, we need to start tabling solutions to how we make the problems work. There are lots of moans and disagreements but very little, where do we go from here solutions. The fans can manage some of that - it doesn't need the club to be those that action it.
  12. The Beatles films forthcoming are a good example of this.
  13. My wife is from a Norwich supporting family - they regularly concede we are a bigger club. Even said it when I first met them as we beat them as a Championship club and they were PL in that famous Cup game a few years back.
  14. You won’t cause the poor financial performance legacy of previous years kills our FFP headroom for at least another season after this
  15. You can't because one of them has the biggest wage bill in the league and until beating Norwich had a record of 1 win in 11. One is a gross failure, while the other is a failure.
  16. You can quite simply pin it on - Rudkin takes control of the DoF whilst in the Premier League, we are now in the Championship. The end.
  17. Bath Two Tunnels, nowhere near as bad but a very disorientating experience it's' been said.
  18. Thing is even Huddersfield’s centre has some real corkers and for example (or did) have a proper brewery tap in the centre of the town, unlike Leicester
  19. They are owned by Atletico Madrid
  20. Yes. This would do numbers
  21. Right going to go beyond the Western curtain - Belgrade. Anyone what's been any comments much appreciated.
  22. 'I'm not sad, I am just stuck in a beans processing factory in Middlesbrough and the warehouse manager doesn't like right wingers'
  23. Right looks like we are going to give Belgrade a go then in February. Potential to be an all timer.
  24. I have been pitching to all the TV companies a two hour documentary where Ric visits the production factories of that product - no takers yet, might set up a crowdfund.
