Ended up Whitstable Town tonight. They won the Vase last season, so the ground is properly been given a Face lift but it has this very original construction stand. Was just a League Cup game but 2nd v 1st with visitors Bearsted unbeaten in the league. Decent crowd over 300 for it Anyway Whitstable were 2-0 up with twenty to play against ten men and somehow lost 3-2 with a 96th minute winner.

Well the quality difference was massively clear. Even in quite a nervy first twenty minutes, Aussies kicking on the fifth was a quality above. I could see one of these tests being really worrying scoreline wise because they were undercooked and made a few errors themselves.

It's off in my opinion. They are defacto the third biggest club with Aberdeen probably tied. But more importantly in recent years Hearts have had two full European campaigns and that's given them the scope to use Bloom's money whereas say Hibs can't at the moment. Still be ****ing mad but more like Boavista in Portugal winning it.

I thought as well yesterday that the quality of the runners has improved. A lot stronger in the first 10k. So more bunching New Walk was really tight as well
