  1. I would recommend seeing if you rally round an uber from Nottingham. Not sure the cost might be looking at £40 - 50 with being around xmas that's just one way, but if there's three or four of you's splitting the bill won't be so bad. I'm considering doing the same from Nuneaton.
  2. Skipping this going Christmas shopping in the morning and watching then Boro v Aylestone Park. The result and performance last night just proper peed me off. To go from decent performance Saturday to that.
  3. I'm not sure if Dewsbury Hall is good enough to be part of the England world cup squad but does he deserve a call up if his good form continues into the new year.
  4. Can't say I ever watch Corrie, so wouldn't know who they are
  5. Knowing Fifa if Messi got injured they would delay the world cup until he was fit!
  6. Game over tele off!
  7. Oadby Town given a reprieve after Clay Cross Town were kicked out due to fielding an eligible player in the Fa Vase. So there's two Leicestershire clubs in still in the Vase. Tough test though the Boro in the next round. However itll bring a huge following from Nuneaton few extra £££ for both clubs.
  8. 26 though there was talk of being stretched to 30.
  9. Man United certainly are crap, played at home against 10 men for over an hour of the game. In that hour they can't score and even concede. Found it funny how before the international break some fans were saying "United were back!"
  10. Based on now this would be my England Squad for the World Cup, be interested to see if this changes come may. Jordan Pickford Everton Dean Henderson Crystal Palace Aaron Ramsdale Newcastle United Trent Alexander-Arnold Real Madrid Reece James Chelsea Ezri Konsa Aston Villa John Stones Manchester City Marc Guehi Crystal Palace Dan Burn Newcastle United Djed Spence Tottenham Hotspur Jarell Quansah Liverpool Trevor Chalobah Chelsea Declan Rice Arsenal Elliot Anderson Nottingham Forest Jude Bellingham Real Madrid Adam Wharton Crystal Palace Morgan Rodgers Aston Villa Phil Foden Manchester City Morgan Gibbs-White Nottingham Forest Jack Grealish Everton Harry Kane Bayern Munich Bukayo Saka Arsenal Marcus Rashford Barcelona Danny Welbeck Brighton & Hove Albion Eberechi Eze Arsenal Anthony Gordon Newcastle United
  11. Eze and Rodgers finding form for their clubs is certainly encouraging for England
  12. Saturday was good, felt there was good moments of football and the atmosphere was decent. Just shows when Leicester have a go, the fans will respond. It felt like good old Leicester.
  13. Lol Calvert Lewin whacked it in and claimed it came off his chest. Tielemans reaction says it all.
  14. Was about to write Leeds are falling apart again, then Leeds equalise
  15. Anyone think Farke loses this game, he's gone?
  16. I think he's quite a quiet bloke in general, though perhaps it's because he's not a southerner. If he was southerner probably getting more coverage.
  17. Massive win that, alot more hunger from us today we want more of the same.
  18. All week had this score in my head 1-4 stoke 🤢 hope im wrong like last time.
  19. Someone told both Ant n Dec are earning around just under a million a series they present. Makes you think, what would you rather have Geordie duo continue present the show whilst earn their millions or two new presents costing less with more money for better celebs.
  20. Switched on when it was like 69-4, what a turn round from England. To go from humiliating 172 all out of day one, to then finish the day smiling and on top.
  21. Was their Ozzie's present? All you could hear and see was Barmy Army 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
  22. Imagine building this 60,000 and opening day of season its Birmingham v Stevenage in league one. Good luck trying to sell tickets for that 😆 Wrexham at least there project is more logical its stand by stand being redeveloped and basising what level there at. They could just said lets build a 50,000 stadium on the edge of the city. But instead decided to revamp Racecourse step by step.
  23. Make more sense have it as phase project, like 2030 it'll be 40,000 capacity stadium which makes sense considering Birmingham's fan base. Then maybe depending what league there in 2032 take the capacity to that 60,000. Interesting how Villa will respond to this as the rebuild the north stand they have planned is only taking the capacity up to 50,000.
  24. I'd be surprised if this Birmingham City stadium actually happens, especially when the club aren't even in the premier league. The idea of talking about building a 60,000 stadium and your not in the top flight and haven't been there for over 10 years is just laughable.
  25. Always enjoy Boycott's honest commentary.
