James is the type of player you want in Ndidi's absence. Drinkwater needs a defensive minded midfielder next to him and James fits this bill perfectly. Whenever we start Kingy next to Drinkwater, it's just a square peg in a round hole.

Not played to his strengths for a couple of years now. Always looks good when he's in an attacking midfield role, but clearly struggles when he's asked to sit back and break up the oppositions attacks. He'd do better if he was paired with Ndidi, Kante, James etc.

Thought he took care of crouch well considering he's about half the size of him. Shame he started hoofing it this game, apart from that, solid.

Don't think it was anything like that, he had an injury for most of the pre season which didn't get him put onto our PL squad list until christmas (when he started appearing in our squads again).

He's never let us down, he's had to be patient but has always turned up when called upon. His attitude was summed up today by wanting to play on after he injured his finger and elbow.

All he had to do today was run after the ball and press their midfield/defence. He couldn't even do that.

He has potential, I had no idea he was only 20, he looked like he's been playing in the premier league all his life last game. I hope one day he can surpass Kante.

My opinion is that psychology plays a massive part in the modern game. We have a lot of egos in this club, but over previous seasons we've managed to get them to all sing the same song, this article shows that Way played a large part in that. It seems this season they're now going on their own individual agendas. Unfortunately, you could argue that by sacking our psychologist, Ranieri was starting the makings of his own demise.

He's our most consistent midfielder, you could pair him with anyone and he'd never let you down. Doesnt have really any traits bar that, but to be honest, his sort of character is what we need right now. A fully fit James and Ndidi midfield sounds good.

I think he's shown qualities similar to Neuer in recent times, he's become a top class sweeper keeper. He's one of the best in the league and we are lucky to have him. Absolute hero.

Massive potential, he's been rushed into a struggling team maybe too fast, but with glimpses like today you know we've got a good player on our hands. Good on you Dan, keep up the good performances.
