We’d be wise to just accept the deduction, create a siege mentality and fight to stay up. I’m sick of all the bad publicity. Listen…..not every single signing we’ve made in the last 3/4 years has failed. Stop writing players off before they’ve kicked a ball. If he’s shit, he’s shit. But lest at least give him a chance. ffs.

Not got a convincing record at all, but sometimes players will just hit the ground running and things work out. Let’s just hope and pray it works out that way for this kid. Reality is, we probably need 7-8 goals from him and he’ll have more than contributed then can go on his merry way.

I know we’re limited for money due to a bit of misfortune and a lot of mismanagement. But surely the incentive here is a big juicy bonus for keeping us up and even more juicy bonus for reaching the play-offs. For what it’s worth, I think if by some miracle, we finished the season well and made a late dash into the play offs and then by an even bigger miracle, went up, it would be to our detriment. I think we actually need to stay down for a few years and to rebuild properly. We need a Big Sam type manager to come in and just keep us up. Then we can rebuild properly in the summer. But not Russell Martin. Russell Martin can **** off. I’m bored of tippy tappy football.

I hold no anger towards Marti. I think he was a thoroughly good bloke who always tried his hardest for us. I just think he wasn’t good enough and came in at a time where not a single penny has been spent. A better manager will get a better tune out of our squad as limited as it is.

The club couldn’t even afford to pay his exit fee from QPR so I fail to see how we can afford his compensation. He’s here to stay until at least the summer. The board will be willing to accept wherever we finish so long as we don’t go down (which I’m pretty sure we won’t). The aim then will be start spending again more wisely. I think the season was just about managing the books and recouping some of our significant losses. Sacking managers won’t fill within that.

We are Leicester City and Lord Rudkin is still in charge so the answer to both questions will likely be no.
