what's the definitive truth? Maybe it was Inter being dicks and we didn't sell our players cos they wouldn't agree contracts elsewhere or interested in going to the clubs looking? Everyone is leaping to the worst. Maybe it'll turn out that way. This transfer wasn't the be and end all for this window. we've got enough players to keep us going, and still win promotion at a reasonable canter.

Always the panic stations up in here when one of our better players gets scoped. We are bossing the league. We are not in the Prem. Teams are going to have a look at our players whether we've put them in the window or not. The only question is whether we've put a big enough price tag on them to ward them off, and have contingency to replace them if they do go. Literally no one on this forum knows, and it'll be down to KDH to accept a move should we agree an acceptable bid anyways. People going to the immediate panic of 'we're skint' 'clearly we're financially broke' ' typical Leicester!' 'sack the board' really need to remember that there are plenty of players that are doing well in this league individually and their respective clubs/fans will be asking the same questions and making the same exasperated noises, and that's understandable but there's no need for hysterics.

I love how everyone is focusing on his injury history, and his height as his main weaknesses. Anyone know if he can speak Engerlish? As a potential midfield metronome surely he needs to be capable of the basics? And don't say his football will do the talking!

I think people are in for a disappointment if they think we're going to be splashing the cash this summer. I'd like to think/hope we are going to be investing in young upandcomers

He could have gone to AFCON and came back injured. We were always preparing for him being gone, so nothing's really changed, except whatever the planned solution, needs to step up.

Surely the Carvalho rumour (if true) has made him worried about losing his place in the team on a potential AFCON return?
