  1. We will get the usual - "Something must have changed, I was just passing on what I was told" The best chancers are ones that don't fully commit. They give themselves an out, so they can go again in the next window
  2. Surely, Wilder has his own backroom staff. Yuck... I hate even discussing Wilder to this extent.
  3. Shouldn’t sell for under £20million and don’t think many would consider paying that with his recent surgery and being attached to a relegated team.
  4. Same with Mads hopefully. If he rediscovers his form post injury, then he will be the best keeper in the Championship once again and win us some games.
  5. Didn’t they also bottle the final 10 games and throw away automatic promotion? Not a good sign either.
  6. That’s what they are waiting for. An extreme would put them off and there are rumours in the media it will be double figures. I doubt it too, but I can see why an ambitious Manager doesn’t want to be stuck in the Championship for more than a season, and so wants to wait to see what the punishment is.
  7. I can’t see any major changes to our playing squad. Don’t think we will be able to shift many, and we would be foolish to sell our better players like Bilal, Abdul, etc. Any new Manager will likely be told to use what we have. Despite the justified negativity around the squad, we still have more than enough to compete near the top IF the new guy can find a way to motivate them and our punishment isn’t too severe.
  8. Could also explain why Dyche was in the building and still in contact according to @Wymsey Managers don’t want a -12pts and likely mid table at best finish l, so are delaying any decision.
  9. If that’s true, then there is no point whatsoever looking at the CV of a Manager. We may as well just appoint Kingy and wing it.
  10. Hence why I would take Dyche right now. That man would drag us up by the collar if he had to, and as the Burnley fan posted here, he played some good football in the Championship, when he can attack and is not just focussed on Premier League survival on a budget. He would also give us a better chance of staying up, and then we can look to transition to a Manager who plays a better looking brand of Football. Im not buying this idea that Dyche will destroy our youth set-up in a season and a half.
  11. If money really is that tight, then I don’t see how King Power can keep going. Things will likely only get worse. I really pray that rumour of the club being up for sale is true. There is so much interest in English football at the moment, and I would much prefer to roll the dice and take our chances with new owners. The ‘be careful what you wish for’ no longer applies. King Power are dragging us down with them.
  12. Am I missing something? This Wilder rumour has come from a complete BS source, yet we have a Foxestalk meltdown in full effect?
  13. I think the delay is because Rohl is our No.1 target. However, we may end up doing what we did when we ran out of patience for Potter, and go for our 2nd or 3rd choice aka a Cooper
  14. Would be the most Cooper like appointment since Cooper! Starting to think that we are just not an attractive proposition for any decent Manager.
  15. That is a lot of questions. Very little is known so far.
  16. Meh if he goes. Meh if he stays.
  17. I have done the same for Dyche below. HOOOOOOOOOOF.
  18. No doubt these are plan C, and wouldn't be surprised if that is what we end up with. Depressing.
  19. Rohl better be here soon @SecretPro Tick Tock Tick Tock
  20. Ironic, because Wasilewski is the guy we will set on you if Rohl doesn't join.
  21. You're brave showing your face around here...
  22. Selling the club could actually delay Rohl leaving, as the new owner may want to try keep him, or at least want to handle that decision.
  23. I think those dead against Dyche can relax a little more. He would have been announced shortly after RVN sacking. Very much doubt it will be him now. Rohl and his complicated situation, seems to be a plausible reason for a delay in announcing a new Manager.
  24. It surely has to be Rohl, and we are trying to detangle the mess of his current situation. If not and we are still assessing options at this stage, then Top and Rudkin really are going to destroy this club with incompetence.
  25. Skynet will go live before we get a new Manager.
