Marti can talk a great game, but if he is going to start Vesty, Skipp, Soumare and Ayew, then it is meaningless. We looks slow, we look disorganised and we look second best to a team that will be around relegation.

We have too many players who don't really want to be here and are also too used to losing. If we don't freshen up the starting 11 with 3-4 signings, then I just don't think this team has the motivation to push for promotion.

I think people talking up Luke Thomas will soon be reminded why no one rated him here after a spell in the team.

Deserved. We look awful. Shocking decision to start Soumare and Skipp. Vesty should not be starting either. His motivation for us is zero. If we don't see a reaction now, then worrying signs already.

We have a team that is still very used to losing. We need 3-4 first team players in who are fresh and highly motivated for us. I don't want to see Soumare, Vesty and Ayew starting again. We have to dominate this league if we want any chance of promotion with a points deduction coming. It already feels flat from us. It could change and we win comfortably, but not a good start so far.

All depends on whether funds will then be made available to sign 3 or 4 players. We desperately need a striker and will need at least one CM if Winks goes. Watching us now, I think it would be a big mistake to go as we are... We need fresh and motivated players through the door.

Vesty, Soumare and Ayew will hopefully not be starting games when the window shuts.

Ayew our starting No.9... How depressing What is the deal with Soumare and Managers always playing him?! Good to see the dream 3 of Mav, Bilal and Fatawu though Very curious to see if Skipp impresses. He will need to alongside Soumare

At that price, guess we are desperate to sell. Should have held on and got another £8-10million in an ideal world. Sad to see these top players go, but this is what happens when you are so poorly run. Good luck to him. Hope Jakub is the real deal and really steps up this season. Shown signs of that but still too early to tell.

Who else we got at RB, because we cannot rely on Ricardo being fit. Not that keen on Hamza being our starting RB all season. Is Coulibaly any good?

I still like him and think he is a good character to keep around. I think Ricardo is a better player, but he picks up injuries constantly. Can see Justin starting at RB for most the season if he stays. Not a disaster if he goes though, but has to be for good money to make it worth it.

I think he will be good enough for us in the Championship. A bad signing, but people forget that last time in the Championship, players like Faes and Vestergaard looked like prime Puyol and Maldini. Should look to upgrade if and when we get back to the Premier League. Until then, he will be solid enough for us.

Feel like he could be the difference for us this season. Really hope we can afford for him to stay. Can see him being one of the best players in the Championship.

They better be paying £20m + Shame for him to go, but one of our most sellable assets with a decent back-up ready.

I know it makes sense to sell him, but I would be buzzing if he stayed. His playing out from the back works great in the Championship.

At a lower level than the Prem, he is still a big asset to a team. He proved that in the Championship under Enzo. I can see why Premier League clubs are no longer interested though. Wish him well. Great servant for the club.

Nelson and Okoli partnership is such an obvious choice, it will be the first test for Marti and I hope he plays them from game 1. They will be like two new signings for us and I think would be far more motivated for the challenge, compared to Vesty and Faes. Would love to get rid of both Vesty and Faes, but understand that we might end up being stuck with both, so I hope Marti doesn't feel compelled to start them.

Very likeable player and for a few years, was genuinely one of the best defensive midfielders in the world. I think along with injuries and being here so long, he struggled to ever hit those heights again. He was surprisingly, a joy to watch under Enzo in the Championship and proved he still has some left in the tank. However, this feels like a good time for him to go, and I wish him the best. Glad he isn't moving to another club in England too.
