But that probably depends on various world governments and their quest for power. Wouldn't it great if governments could become more powerful by protecting instead of destroying?

Thanks. I've looked at various forums and there are several comments about the warning lights etc and using Wynne's to clear them but results seem to vary It's hard to know . I was just wondering if anyone here had direct knowledge as I know there's car mechy's on here. A replacement injector system is roughly £600 plus labour. Wynne's is £8, I just want to know first hand if it's effective. I hate having faults on a car. It's such an unknown potential cost and not having a car even for a couple of days is stressful.

I would suggest that most DM readers are Tory followers. They would most likely have voted Conservative, so your comment doesn't really add up. Unless you're suggesting that the previous Gov is responsible for our current problems, in which case I agree.

I didn't. Nothing in the vehicle handbook to advise either. The last 10l I bought was Carplan from Costco about 4 months ago. I never gave a thought about expiry dates. Could be a costly mistake. When I bought the car I read the handbook, as I always do, just to find out what clever little things the car could do and for info on replacing consumables but surely the vehicle handbook should provide the information the owner needs regarding Adblue to avoid my situation.

There's no way back from this for mankind, sadly. This particular Pandora's box was opened 80 years ago: The first atomic bomb was tested on July 16, 1945, in the Trinity test, conducted by the United States. The test took place in New Mexico as part of the Manhattan Project and was the first detonation of a nuclear weapon.

Has anyone had an issue with Adblue crystallizing causing emissions fault messages and codes to appear? I have a diesel Peugeot and the engine management light and "emission fault, starting impossible in 700 miles" has come up. I have done a bit of Googling and the most likely cause seems to be inefficient Adblue injectors due to crystallization. The first thing I am going to try is adding Wynne's Adblue cleaner. Has anyone here tried this and is it effective?

Ep 1 and 2 were a bit tiresome but I felt they had to establish a lot of background info on him and his relationship with others, particularly his mother, in order for us to understand his life's path.

IME it depends on where the patient is seated. Close to the pitch, game stopped, or up in the stands out of view of the majority of the stadium and players, carry on.

I should add the caveat "attempt" and "next available crew" As a solo responder, I've often been the first on scene and backup hasn't been immediately despatched as there were no crews available due to being stuck on scene with a lengthy job, or stuck outside A&E waiting to handover. Usually the latter.

Depending on the age, yes. Older people often have brittle bones and the crunch and feel of the sternum detaching from the ribs is unmistakeable.

When ambulance staff get called to a cardiac arrest, dispatchers always send a responder and 2 crews (5 people in total) as well as a senior paramedic who takes over the management of the resuscitation. Their only role is to keep time and inform the team when compressions need to stop for an assessment and when to give the next drug. The teams doing resus change around regularly (5 cycles of CPR usually, which is when a re-assessment is made) so they don't get exhausted.
-
Absolutely. There are 2 teams of ambulance staff at games above league 1. One for the crowd and one for the players. Plus the clubs own medics. When very own Birch had a cardiac arrest a while back, he was in the best place other than being in an actual hospital. I dealt with a cardiac arrest on 2 occasions when I was pitch-side para. Both patients made it because our "call to arrival on scene" time was under a minute.

Once CPR, effective or not, is started it must be continued by the emergency responders until it can be confirmed that life is extinct. Ineffective CPR will often fail to resuscitate as the heart won't be compressed sufficiently to fully empty the ventricles and not enough blood will be circulated to the brain. However trying CPR is always better than doing nothing. The outcome also depends on how long poor CPR has being going on before professional intervention happens. A minimum of 2 inches compression of the chest with the patient lying flat on a hard surface is what is most effective. Also, no mouth to mouth anymore as full compression of the chest creates a rebound effect where some oxygenated air is drawn into the lungs due to atmospheric pressure as the chest expands. Breathing in is an active process using muscles to expand the chest and air is drawn into the lungs. Breathing out is an inactive process as muscles relax and atmospheric pressure causes the chest to deflate "naturally".

I've been. They have a memorial section for emergency workers that have been killed during their service. Sadly ambulanceman Terry Wilkinson is not amongst them. He was shot dead at a siege in Wigston in 1975 whilst trying to push his ambulance into position to provide cover for the police officers being shot at. On this day in 1975, ambulance... - East Midlands Ambulance Service | Facebook

We've tried one. The issue with them is that you have to swing at the fly whilst it's flying and they're so difficult to hit. The zapper can't hit the fly if it's on a flat surface. We've tried Venus flytraps and pitcher plants to kill flies but the plants died before any flies did. The most effective thing we've found is a commercial type flying insect killer such as those that cafe's use. Cheaper than a new TV.
