I remember Ellis Simms’ Coventry debut at our place and he played like he was 18 stone and hungover. It was a dreadful appearance but we can’t write him off already ffs. It’s pathetic support.

Some good points. The main one I agree with is our fans’ general lack of engagement compared to other clubs’. You look at the likes of Derby, Middlesbrough and Hull (all in new-ish grounds) with proper “ends” behind the goal. They’re going nuts and it’s not performative either. We’ve got swathes of NPCs that are just not arsed if we win, lose or draw.
