We finished 8th because we won 3 on the bounce at the end of the season. Those games were against two already relegated sides and a Southampton side on the beach. Most of 21/22 was garbage. In the history books, it’ll go down as “8th and a European semi final”, but that European semi final was in a brand new third tier competition that Rodgers had “no idea what it is”. He was horrendous that season and Forest was the first time I’d finally lost faith. He should’ve been sacked then and about 10 other times thereafter.
