We just refuse to do things the easy way don’t we ? We have to be three ahead to be comfortable. Two up and we just take our foot off the gas. I know there’s a lot of fixtures and we need to keep players fresh but it’s a fine line we’re walking.

They do frustrate me when they play like this and are only a goal up. Put it to bed and let me relax a little!

Amongst my STH friends we seem to be a bit casual about life in the Championship, we very very rarely missed games when we were in PL. We just seem to be giving games a miss now for any reason.

If there was more of an end product no one would be calling this boring. It’s frustrating though we don’t create more and put teams away. I know we seem to have edged number of games but you don’t win 15 out of 19 by pure luck.

We look a bit better but are still giving the ball away cheaply and looking exposed.

The last two weeks have been absolutely horrendous, really laid low by back to back viruses/colds. I was literally shivering down the match yesterday, this morning my elderly mum. wakes up with slurred speech, she’s actually improved to a point. I call 999 saying it’s a suspected stroke (no other symptoms) Paramedics turned up within minutes (benefits of living 200 metres from an ambulance station) taken into the Royal. A slight delay getting in, had a full range of tests pretty much immediately and 8 hours later we’re still waiting on someone to tell us what the problem is and what’s happening. I know that’s what it’s like but I’ve had better days.

In any of the past few seasons this would probably see them relegated but they seem to have their act together a little more this time and the fact that it’s not actually put them bottom makes me think they will survive.

Forget Israel/Gaza, Ukraine/Russia and this disaster of a government the fact that people are voting for the Caramel Wafer is the biggest outrage in life. I mean it’s OK but it’s not a tea cake!
