I'm not saying we should sign him, however there has been form for these types of signing working in the Championship in terms of players that are ability wise above the level, but toward the end of the career and having good seasons. That said Ox is so injury prone, not sure he's the one or if any are the one.
-
Looking at his stats from last year it was pretty split between the positions.
-
He isn’t the quickest, but I think we need some bigger, stronger players in the side. He’s also a good footballer, right age. But like others say we need a striker and midfielders too.
-
Again this all depends on how bad finances are. If we are desperate for the money, £30M+ will get him. If not we will play hard ball and keep him.

I get where people are coming from with this and yes I think people are being naive. However, people want to support something that they were before king power and will hopefully be after king power. The “blame” is with the people making the decisions at the club. Yes the fan should be making more noise, but blame for me rests with those he really can do something, owners, DOF and those players that think they are better than the level and not doing enough.

Sorry if mentioned before, but have we heard anything at all from them this season. Like even programme notes?
-
I know that people are saying - why is he playing Soumare? - why is he playing vestergaard? etc…And I get that, but maybe he just needs to see for himself, and maybe he is now. one thing is clear we need to get 2 or three new faces in the door and get some out to give him half a chance of succeeding.

Sure the cross bar was in the europa league. Maybe Napoli.

Didn’t watch this at all, sounds terrible. That said, it was always going to be tough as they are a decent side and will be up there in league one if have thought. Not defending anyone though, there are some worrying signs at this club at the minute.
-
Wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry at that.
-
Wouldn't it be nice to have some positive news on a transfer front?

I think for me, i knew our financial position was tricky, but I think its maybe becoming clearer that it is worse than I suspected. I think the sales may be about cash flow as much as we need to clear spaces in the squad. I guess that may be even clearer in about 3 weeks when the window is shut. If we sell Winks, Bilal and maybe others and only bring in some loans and frees I htink that will prove where we are at. Though I think it is already pretty clear. Marti is very cautious when asked about signings, not saying we will sign anyone, but says Rudkin made the position clear when taking the job. If the club seems more self sustaining, with some good sellable youth assets it might make us more attractive to a new owner. But its all veru uncertain with a lack of clarity at the minute.

At Leeds away, Riccy P played there. I know we lost that game, but we should been our of sight is Daka and Mavadidi take their chances. Ricardo played CDM alongside Winks and was absolutely brilliant that night. I think he give you something that Winks doesn't, that drive and ability to beat a man and change the Tempo. In my opinion a fit Ricardo is one of the best players in this division. (the key word there is fit I know) Don't get me wrong, I'd preffer Winks to still be here and Ricardo and him to be in the same team.

I don't have an issue with this really, i think it should be the way we are. We messed up giving big contracts to the wrong players when chasing the champions league.
-
I think others have said this. I get why people are frustrated with the likes of faes. But I don’t thinking booing a sub helps. However, how do the likes of Soumare, vestergaard and winks and other get away without the boos?
-
Ricky p be the option to replace him in the middle?
-
I think it would take a crazy offer for him to be sold. Unless as some other have said the financial position is so bad PSR is less of an issue than cash flow

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)

Think this was always happening. My only slight hope is we pick up a couple of decent loans from Europe like we did last time in the championship. We weren’t even linked to fatawu until 23rd of August and didn’t sign akgun until 26th August. -

I think he was always going to go. -
He’s on big money, is a top player in this league, however if we get a bit anywhere near what we paid for him he will be gone.
-
The booing was silly, yes we want to see a bit of change in the playing staff, I get that. But we also want a bit of a reset in terms of the negativity, let still push this toward Rudkni and sort stuff out.

Based on Yesterday. We need a CM, strong physical, mobile. We need another option a CF There are other places we could do with a refresh but those are where I think we NEED somone. I do also think we'll sign another keeper.
-
He's such a strange footballer. Wanders around, ponderous, and looks disinterested at times. Then he'll do something like the gut busting run to support an attack or have flashes of ability that are inexplicable compared to the rest of the performance
-
Always thought we’d try to buy a young keeper with sell on potential after selling mads.

Just said on 5 live lots of rumours pre match he is in his way to us.
