  1. Don’t get me wrong the play offs are great (if you have to be in them🫢). However when you think about it the pomp and ceremony and a trophy is ridiculous for what is coming 3rd Wouldn’t change them though as we’ve had great days at Wembley and they’re a great spectacle.
  2. Yes. The 8 us who I usually go with are all sticking with the card. Hopefully that’s replicated across the board. It’ll be interesting to see the official numbers once the season starts if they’ll let the trust know.
  3. “I’ve had a great day, and would like to donate my warnock to charity”
  4. I know, it’s hilarious, I’ve got images of a game show on chelsea tv, “If you don’t fancy Enzo, McKenna or Frank, you can open our mystery box… It could be alonso, though be warned, it could be warnock. Are you willing to gamble tod?”
  5. This needs sorting one way or the other quickly though, we don’t want it rumbling on, or have a summer of rumour and speculation, he needs to make his position clear.
  6. Potter was never fully accepted at chelsea because the supporters didn’t consider him high profile enough. Enzo has even less experience and profile as a manager than Potter. The only thing that raises his profile is that he worked with pep.
  7. Voted to get rid. Money invested in it shouldn’t come into consideration when it’s spoiling the enjoyment of the game for players, managers/coaches and supporters (especially match going supporters).
  8. What all the non league and lower league teams should do is to play matches as normal ensuring they get gate receipts and tv coverage. However, they should all agree that any draws and both teams walk off the pitch at 90 minutes. Eventually the competition will grind to a halt as more and more ties become uncompleted.
  9. Probably looking forward to competitive football in a competitive league without var.
  10. It was great to see a creative design back. Our pitches used to look fantastic with all the different designs the year we won the league.
  11. Can’t ever remember stickers, may have had an email or tannoy announcement but not stickers.
  12. Notts forest have got stickers on there seats warning against persistent standing.
  13. This is not an argument to keep it though, yes we were all delighted it was disallowed, but had the linesman not had the fall back of var he may have flagged, he may not have, had it stood we may or may not have gone on to win the game. However whatever the decision would have been us or chelsea would have had to suck it up, we’d have gone home and got on with our lives, it wouldn’t have caused any real controversy as the call was so close.
  14. I’d take that if I could genuinely celebrate every goal given.
  15. VAR will never work, too many decisions are subjective. How well it’s implemented is irrelevant as you will always have the situation of not being able to fully celebrate goals because there will always be that doubt of if it’s going to be disallowed, and it will continue to kill that moment of euphoria that the game is essentially about. Even if you get every decision right if you can’t celebrate a goal properly the game is dead.
  16. Prem fans groups need to make themselves seen and heard this weekend. Send out a message to the authorities and their clubs.
  17. Can UFS and foxes trust put pressure on the club to vote to scrap it? This season has been a joy to watch matches without it. I don't see anything in the statements from wolves or the Premier league that addresses the fact that it massively diminishes the enjoyment of the match for fans. Kills the euphoria of scoring goals. We're the paying customers after all.
  18. Come on premier league get rid.
  19. Premier league to vote on scrapping VAR. Please, please please. Never thought it would happen but there must be people in the game as fed up with it as us fans to get this opportunity.
  20. We'll get a 6 point deducting and finish 5 points behind the champions. We'll then do what leeds do and sing about a trophy we never won for years.
  21. Ring the club. This happened to me last year when I was applying for my lad. I rang the ticket office and was told he had qualified by 1 point. It was a good job I decided to ring as I was assuming he hadn’t got enough points.
  22. Remember that a lot on here, myself including, are paying for themselves and family members so the figure could be misleading (both ways) for example I had one vote but have had two cards for myself and my lad. There’s other people been saying they’ve been paying for up to four.
  23. Just bought mine, only cost £25 as my lad is now free.
  24. The article should have focused higher up the table and how outside the top 6 teams are generally only playing for mid table or survival. An hammer needs taking to the glass ceiling.
  25. Oh, I thought this was going to be a list of philanthropic agents who were renouncing their greed and offering their services for nowt.
