Just watched Nope again. Loved it first time and loved it again. Seems to be not very well liked, I’ve not met a single person (apart from my girlfriend) that likes it as much as me, if at all. I think it’s one of the most beautifully shot films I’ve ever seen. It feels properly epic. I think it suffered because lots of people went in thinking it would be a horror but then when it wasn’t they weren’t sure what to make of it.

I love when folk try to out “I don’t care” each other on posts like this 😂. Like the more brutally you say “not out player anymore, don’t care” the harder you are and the bigger fan you are. It’s so funny to read.

Seemed a thoroughly decent guy and wish him all the best but not quite an elite manager sadly. It does surprise me that someone of his intelligence and who also seems to have not too much of an ego didn’t employ some absolute word class tacticians to work alongside. Like he must be aware that was his downfall?
