i’m really glad we didn’t sign him. He is a proper smoke and mirrors type player. Looks good in highlights but makes the wrong decision almost every time he gets the ball… usually because he just wants to make himself look good.
-
Yeah on paper they look good but they are still built in moyes image and all the signings with the new manager look of that ilk too. which is so bizarre. Kilman, todibo, awb and fullkrig… none of them are technically good. They look to have got it all wrong. Summerville was there best player today though.

West ham remind me of when we tried to switch to possession football after the title win. The players they have look to be trying to play a style that doesn’t suit them. So many loose balls given away trying to play intricate stuff that they don’t look capable of

i’m watching the everton- west h game and both sides are absolutely awful. … Like worse than us abysmal. Both teams have no game plan or cohesion. At least we have vardy, fatawu and facundo to cut through teams.
-
I don’t think anyone has a clue. You can’t tell the level someone actually is without a loan somewhere. There’s plenty of players that you watch clips of and expect to be epic but simply aren’t that good. The most high profile obvious case of that would be Anthony.

after my luck with this, the only logical move was to stick a tenner on Harry Souttar to score in the derby!

what do you mean become? he’s already heads and shoulders ahead of anyone else in the team -
more for the summer than january but if stoke can afford cannon, i’d consider working johanson into the deal and bringing him back to the club to replace hermansen

I think purely from prem money we’d have around 30m in the kitty. Roughly that’s what teams seem to have available. So with a few sales and spreading out our amortization we should have some spending power if we were to survive. Especially as our wages should be more in line now. Just need him to be out of the radar of big clubs and for Brighton to have no need for him. The Undav saga last summer shows that they will be willing to budge on a player they don’t want to let go -

i’d support paying £35m for him. Especially if we were getting a similar figure for Hermansen he’s as exciting as mahrez, I genuinely think if there’s any possibility we have to try -

I love that people expect him to play well when he’s not finished 90 minutes of football in 6 months. Can’t be judged on that -
I think things would have ended differently for patson last year if that leeds goal had counted. A striker just needs a confidence boost to change everything and that moment seemed to be the start of his downward spiral. Hopefully all is forgotten and it’s another fresh start when he gets on. He showed promise when he returned to the team last season, but ended it looking like a competition winner
-
he’s one that will be a top player in 5 years. But would we have the patience for that? Still sounds like he needs a lot of work to his all round game.
-
I got close to 4/1 on cannon to score today, felt like that was well worth lumping on, given that he’s on pens. Cmon TC!!

Problem is that you’re never going to have more than 30% of people that are actually politically literate. People go with emotions and buzz words and rarely scratch the surface behind things. America in particular, is harder to get objectivity because they treat political partys like sports teams, you give them blind loyalty because that’s what’s been ingrained in you. People at man u would make excuses for Greenwood because he was at their club, that’s the same as you see with people excusing political candidates inexcusable behaviours
-
Jose’s a legend, but I wouldn’t want him anywhere near the club tbh. The way he digs everyone out when things aren’t going well for him is truly toxic.
-
I think cooper is gone before brighton. 2 expected losses, before 2 poor results that plummet us to the relegation zone.
-
we’re losing to man u either way, worth a try, see if he can build on this momentum. Id love it if our fans showed him some love and we see if we can get more from him

I think we’ve been lucky so many times this season and it had to run out. There’s no signs of any improvement and eventually these moments will turn against us. I think a change of manager in our current position would pull us comfortably to mid table.
-
problem with being a club our size is that we were never considered big. No matter what success we had, in the eyes of the majority it was a temporary thing. There’s a reason we had to pay so astronomically for players, we were never considered a top destination.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
Lambert09 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
love that the run he makes is demanding the ball without needing to say a word. No hesitation at all and someone as experienced as vardy didn’t blink to return that -
Dont think thats true. Stepped up at stamford bridge, completetly riled up the brum fans in the away game that season as well. I think he's just a little imperfect. You never know if hes going to shank a tap in, or put one in the top bins from 30 yards. He's the least of our worries.

win today and they are firmly in the title fight

Potter to Wolves then.
