I feel we probably should be doing the exact same thing. We had 10 years of being the dominant force in the area, even a team known to give youth a chance (whether that myth is true or not is up for debate) but we didn’t take advantage and poach all the young talent in the east midlands. We really should have been ruthless as it would have set us up for years!
