I'd say that even a conservative estimate would put it well beyond £350k a week. I would imagine that the wage bill of everyone but Southampton (maybe Ipswich and Sheffield United) is less than £350k a week.

I think this is one of those rare transfers that works for both clubs and the player. Normally at least one of the three parties misses out.

I think Mavididi, Monga, Fatawu and Ayew is perfectly fine for the Championship. We need to be buying first team players, not 4th choice wingers. A striker is imperative.
