  1. Mahrez is the answer for me. Huth was exceptional, however he had good players and Kante in front of him. Hermansen / Kasper not much different.
  2. Welcome back
  3. You’re welcome! 😂 You've got an insane post count for a lurker 😂
  4. Vardy might do it next season when he’s playing for Forest and we get them in the cup
  5. Hermansen as he’ll at least deserve it.
  6. Who are these two players I‘Ve never heard of! Alvez sounds like a Brazilian! Let’s who he’s better than the last one.
  7. Upon further fact checking, you are all correct. Still can’t find another Italian. I was thinking Cudicini at Chelsea! Apparently not though.
  8. Sergio Ramos isn’t playing for Leicester.
  9. Fun stat - Ballotelli is the only Italian player to win the Premier League. It’ll be a culture thing. Fikayo Tomori is the only English player to win Serie A. Two English players (Beckham and Cunningham) have won La Liga. Two English players have won the Bundasliga (Keegan and Hargreaves) Loads have won Ligue 1 in France!
  10. He’s just a younger, Irish version of Temu Pukki isn’t he? Shoots from everywhere. Low conversion rate. Can’t beat a man. Stat pads with penalties.
  11. I’ve hardly been this season for various reasons. When I have, it’s felt flat. Other grounds I’ve attended in the past two seasons are the same, so we aren’t unique. To put it simply, you can divide match day attendance into three segments. Fans - Enjoy football, will attend to watch a game. Doesn’t need to be. Leicester fan. King Power wants these to attend so they become “customers”. Supporters - I’d say the demographic on Foxestalk. Solely support Leicester. Want an authentic match day experience like years gone by. They’ll buy merchandise once a season typically. Customers - This is what King Power want. Not emotionally attached to the team, however will attend games and buy merchandise. The more people attend once and buy a shirt, the better. So what happens as we transition from loyal supporters attending, to casual fans and customers, the atmosphere gets watered down. However this suits King Power, as they can sell more merchandise to the one off attendees. They then pump in “game day” entertainment to put on a show, US style.
  12. Talking from UK experience. My current wall box cost me £950 with a 5 meter cable that is attached to the side of the house / on the driveway. I park next to it, so it doesn’t need to be any longer. I think up to 15 meters was an extra £100. The wall box at my previous house was £500. I also received a 3 point plug charger when I got my current car. I’ve only ever attempted to charge it once at Highcross in Leicester and it put on about 4% in 3 hours Totally pointless. The range of the battery drops significantly in the cold. The winding the cable back in / out is a pain in the arse to be honest. I like to unwind it all so it doesn’t get warm attached to the side of the house. When they’re wet, don’t wear anything white, it won’t stay that colour. I’d never buy one as others have said as they depreciate massively, lease is the way forward. Also the battery health will reduce over time. So not really ideal if sustainability matters to you. What on earth are we going to do with all there batteries? What’s the cost of replacing that battery if you buy? The infrastructure over here is good for charging stations now. You can get various operators where you just use an app and it’s basically plug and play for charging. Just looking at the Electroverse app, Europe is littered with charge points. Australia looks fairly sparse. I’ve attached a screenshot to shot the difference. I have my charge box registered so people can use it during times when I’m at work to charge their cars and I potentially make a bit of money off it. It’s never been used though 😂 I rarely charge anywhere other than home. BMW did offer me a club thing whereby I pay “x” per month and get discounted charging. I’ve never taken them up on that. As an off note, whilst on the subject of EVs, I spoke to a company last year that was looking at wireless charging whilst driving! They saw that as a more practical step rather than having cables everywhere.
  13. Okay, I’m not feeling great so I’ve gone through everyone above 10,000 posts. What happened to these then? @MC Prussian @The People’s Hero @ScouseFox @Thracian @weller54 @Fez of Mahrez @Alexikokopops @Zingari @Captain... @Stinkenzo @fuchsntf @Joe. @Simi @MikeyT @Katy @yorkie1999 @Steven @Buce @dandannieldanok @Maybes @Head Honcho @cisono @lavrentis @BoneDog @Haydos @Ultra @Tilley @Fox You Forest @stez @gaelicFox @DANGEROUS TIGER @Cobbo @Scow @C-man
  14. Sold - how much?
  15. Do Manchester United want Ruud back?
  16. To the tune of Yellow Submarine. We all dream of a board that knows the game, A board that knows the game, A board that knows the game! Rinse / Repeat ———————————— Stand up, if you want them out. Stand up, if you want them out. ———————————— To the tune of my old man’s a dustman. This old board, they’re a sham. They don’t have a single plan. With a Knick, knack, paddywack, Give them all the sack We all want our Leicester back. ———————————— Do the tune of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Not fit for purpose, can’t you see, You’re destroying history, Do the right thing, pack your bags, Leave the club before it lags ————————————
  17. I think it was something like £275 per person.
  18. Loan rules for the Premier League. In the Premier League, the regulations governing player loans are as follows: • Simultaneous Loans: A club may have no more than two players on loan at any given time. • Seasonal Loan Limit: Throughout a single season, a club can register up to four loan players. • Club-Specific Loans: A club cannot loan more than one player from the same club simultaneously. • Transfer Window Acquisitions: Players acquired in the same transfer window cannot be loaned to another Premier League club during that window. • Goalkeeper Loans: A club may loan out only one of its goalkeepers to another Premier League club at a time. It’s important to note that these rules apply to loans between Premier League clubs and other English clubs. Loans from clubs in other national associations do not count towards these quotas.
  19. So, I’ve just had an email drop offering hospitality for the Arsenal game. I thought this was a little weird, as when I phoned the club in pre-season, they were adamant everything had sold out and I’d be out on a waiting list. Anyhow, I then receive this! Hospitality - off site at Welford Road! To then be taken to the King Power and sit in general admission. WTF is that
  20. Less to begin with by the looks of it?
  21. If we go down, we’ll have a fire sale before the 30th June. We are going to wipe loads off the wage bill come the start of July just by Vardy leaving. I’d expect Hermansen, Faes, Winks, El Khannous and maybe Kristiansen to be sold. They’ll be done on the cheap though. Ward, Iversen, Vardy and Thomas will leave on a free transfer. Due to the injuries sustained by Fatawu, Souttar, Nelson and Ricardo, we’ll see them next season. We will also be into the last year of the contract for Stolarkzyk, Justin, Coady, Soumare, Daka and Ayew. So a strong chance we might look to move some of them on as well. We could be set for a Burnley style overhaul with lots of players coming / going.
  22. The Grand Old Duke of York
  23. We want that great in the first half, terrible in the 2nd. The club don’t seem to care!
  24. When do they turn on the team? When do they turn on King Power? When do they stop turning up for games? We are a mess, a real mess.
  25. Mads kept Coopers team in games. Bizarrely Coopers teams scored goals, despite playing horrendous football.
