Not too bad at all, for the team we have out we are more than matching them. We’ve gone the closest with Albrighton hitting the post. Think Choudhury and Coady have been excellent, as has Albrighton. I think I’d bring Raikhy off at half time before the poor lad gets himself sent off. I’d like to see more from Marcal, we really need someone to be a genuine alternative when Mavididi comes off. I’d also give Kel a run second half, for all of his faults no one loves an FA cup goal more than him.

He’ll only learn things like that by playing more football. From the little I’ve seen of him he looks to have the attributes to be a decent footballer. Maybe needs a loan next season to play every week and learn on the job the extras.

The point is really it’s our second choice competition this season, IF we had won against Middlesbrough and Leeds and we were sitting with a 12 point lead at the top of the Championship, then we would have put out a much stronger team and maybe looked to take on this competition with promotion all but secured. As we lost those two games, this game can no longer take any sort of priority. Between now a the 1/4 final we play 3 games, if we get through and win all 3 games in the league. Then we can think about going stronger in the quarters.

So it looks like it will be: Stolarczyk Cover Coady Vestergaard Doyle Choudhury Yunus Praet Albrighton Cannon Wanya With a mix of some youth and experienced players on the bench. It all depends on then how strong Bournemouth go. I’d love to see us return to winning ways, or at least put up a fight. If Bournemouth also make 8+ changes then it becomes a more even battle and which players want to step up and battle for their first team place. I’m going for a sneaky 1-0 win Tom Cannon thunderbolt

I think this is where you massively underestimate the power of what is said on social media - not just FoxesTalk, but all platforms there are similar comments - young footballers are reading everything that is written about them. I can’t say this is all of them, but certainly a lot of them. The amount of money you earn does not give you immunity from being human and being affected by what people are saying about you online.
