We need to hit the refresh button, I was looking a the squad that got promoted under NP, there were 4 player who had been around more than 2-3 years. The year we we stayed up the majority of the squad sign by NP. At the moment we have a mis-match of player signed under Puel, Rodgers, Enzo, Cooper, RVN, just think we need a cull.

You could be right, I have no way of knowing if that the case or not.

100% this. It's not down to the PL or EFL to decide whether we are guilty and what the punishment is.
