Can we organise a protest about protest threads looking like next match threads and confusing everyone?

Especially when one of them was Kanye West. The club being as inclusive as ever.

I would argue that the protests have taken the toxicity OUT of the stadium. Last year there were regular anti-Rudkin and sack the board chants, but at both protest matches I think people got it out of their systems pre-match and just went home once it inevitably turned to shit.

We know most fans are highly critical of the way the club is being run, but where are they? Yesterday’s turnout was a bit soul destroying. Was it the Bristol City win? Are people just too angry/apathetic to bother with Leicester at the minute? Either way those people are just as culpable as KPFC. You’ve had a chance to make a stance and you haven’t shown up.

I'm not sure any of these people will be at the protest.

The reason we need to get behind the team on Saturday is ultimately due to the incompetence at the top. We are in this battle because of them.

Judging everything against the clubs lowest point in our 142 year history and using that as the bare minimum is so strange to me. These people wouldn’t do it with anything else in their lives.

Navy and jade is our current away kit, it doesn’t feel like much of a protest. It also doesn’t really stand out.

I feel like I make this point once every 6 months, but Sean Dyche would be a disaster here. This squad could not be further away from one that would function under his style of play, both tactically and mentally. We'd be left with dire, negative football that still wouldn't generate results. If he had a summer to bring in 6 or 7 players, maybe, but once he's done that we are left with a squad that can only play Dyche's style...and that is a cul-de-sac you don't want to find yourself in once we all inevitably get sick of his football and his demeanor, as the Forest fans have. Do we need someone to give this team some discipline and structure, yes, but these players would not respond to Dyche.

He hasn't played as a striker once this season for Chelsea U23's, always as a RW, so I wouldn't expect him to come in and solve our striker problem. Striker may end up being his best position, but he has little-to-no pedigree in that position to justify him being a first-choice striker in the Championship. I suspect he is backup for Fatawu first and foremost.

It’s ludicrous to even try and get him, but it’s scary to hear that it will be a lucrative deal. The club just doesn’t learn. I’m not convinced it would work anyway. His style of play is not conducive to a scrap or battle, which was clear in the second half of the season two years ago. Cifuentes’ style was, on paper, very similar. It was just executed terribly. Let’s not forget that most of us hated his style of play last time around, even when we were winning most weeks. We need someone who can tighten us up and get us battling. I think Maresca would create a reaction, but it’s not nailed on that would be enough.

No, Technical Director and Sporting Director are the same thing. Either way, it's Rudkin calling the shots.

It still would have been £105m in the three year period ending in the summer of 2023, regardless of relegation. It was the season after when it dropped to £85M. We sold Maddison before the cut off and still breached by £20M. A few extra places in the league would have done little, as you say, plus we might not have sold Maddison so soon if we had stayed up.

I don't know, no matter how you look at it it's clear they didn't get it. Even with relegation they knew what the allowable losses would be. The only uncertainty was whether we could be punished for the breach, which we ended up getting lucky with. Also, most importantly, we would have breached even if we hadn't have been relegated. We budgeted for continued european qualification and that is the crux of the problem.

Further to this: We were compliant in the other seasons? No, we are literally awaiting a verdict for a breach for the season after. It's also got absolutely nothing to do with geopolitics or Thailand. Pumping in money wouldn't solve PSR. I think it's clear he doesn't really understand the details.
