He looks decent. More physical then what we've got and has decent 1st touch. I think this looks like a striker RvN would like and would ask for to me, as he himself was quite strong on the ball. What's his stats like?

In-depth Scouting report done. Gerrrrriiiinnnn

He'll probably be out most physical defender.

We need some aggression and nastiness on the team. We've been too soft for years.

So let's say we've breached Psr and given 6pts deduction. We're relegated. So we're done with the premier league for years, in my opinion. So we know we are going down to championship where we'll have a points deduction, a business plan enforced and more to note, a transfer embargo. So, we won't be ae to buy players and we'll obviously sell our stars who will be picked off. Vards leave. I'm guessing Mads, Winks, Ndidi, Soumare, maybe Skipp, Fatawu, Ricardo, etc leave. We basically are forced to use what's left with starting point of minus points. So why not screw PSR, sign players when we can now, talented youngsters from around the leagues on long contracts and build a team for next season? Or does the transfer embargo get lifted if get money from sales? Also if the club are 'confident' they haven't breached, why haven't there been more rumours/movement on signings. The lack of rumours suggest to me there's doubt and this troubling Wolves and Ipswich are confident as they've made signings. Why aren't we looking at loans from abroad? The whole operation stinks of ineptitude

League Cup 2024/2025 Thread

TalkSport all day have been bigging this game up to say they'll be loads of goals and how free flowing and attacking it'll be. It could be goals galore. 0-0 -
KDH has been used as a pawn for PSR. (And we still may have fluffed, who knows) I know he would have got a sack full of money, but you've got to feel for him. Made a big move in the summer and now not wanted.
-
We can sell, we can't make new registration of players
-
Transfer embargo when we go down. Or did you mean 2026
-
Can we get Collyer on loan with 2 from the prem already?
-
Then we'll definitely have 99 problems.
-
One loan at the end of the window as a token gesture who will only play a handful of games

What did happen in that apparent review? What did they review or learn from it? Not to overdo spend on 'experience' players? Not to offer high contracts to players? Invest in youth to sell on? Improve scouting? Manage the footballing side efficiently? The requirement of a DoF? Yup, that review went well. You are correct, but we are currently repeating mistakes. I wonder if we can do a freedom of information act that can request that info.

It seems to a basic neanderthal like myself that there's an agenda to musks recent behaviour and comments on social media towards EU politics. Making comments about Tommy Robinson (who in my opinion is where he should be) and endorsing the controversial parties in Germany etc...he's made comments about Norway, Spain, us and Germany from what I can gather. It's almost trying to destabilise Europe. Is he doing this for US benefit, or is this part of a bigger plan? Or just a state of self importance? Interesting that he's left alone Hungary and Italy. Just a thought of a basic human being suffering with insomnia. I don't like him, and reason why I wouldn't buy a Tesla or use X (though never used twitter as was).

Ah, another with insomnia. It's not fun.

So if we have breached PS blinking R then has the club lied to a manager again? He was obviously told that there is money to spend and the option to bring in players in Jan. There obviously isn't. I'm guessing he wasn't told about the potential points deduction and the breach? They would have known surely. Otherwise that's incompetence? If that's the case, just as PSV, he could walk. So potentially then that's 3 managers they have lied to/not told the whole picture to. Rodgers, Enzo and RvN. That's horrendous management of a business. Saying all that if we have breached then does that mean we are restricted? Or could we stick 2 fingers up and just buy the players anyway? The rules are a mess as we've proved anyway, which is even more annoying.
