The club are letting the manager dictate what they want and what they get. Which is fine to an extent, but we chop and change our style of manager and no consistency. The affects of that is a team full of players that suit too many different systems and shock, we're a mess. There's no leadership from the club. No footballing pathway to what we are. This should come from DoF or the head of the footballing side. Ours, partly to blame for causing us to breach PSR and have over paid players for the stature and ability. It always to fix the current issue and not longer term. I thought that changed with Enzo, but when he left, same mistakes again. The only consistency in the management of the footballing side is the chaos and that falls on Rudkin. Yet he STILL in charge of an incredibly important transfer window and I for one have no faith in the club being able to get us out of this and get the right players in for the right price. If we bring anyone in at all. PSR will have a say, but if we don't recruit well, we'll have another frustrated manager to add to the list. Failure over and over again shouldn't be accepted at any level. It wasn't accepted from Cooper or Rodgers. So why is Rudkin allowed to carry on?! As you can tell I'm so frustrated.
