  1. Big chance but not an easy one as he head to try and generate the power or loop it over the keeper
  2. Worst bit is he actually showed signs of being able to defend last year. This year he doesn't even have that. Shame but a total flop
  3. Do you genuinely care about Cov right now? Can't fathom why our fans would be bothered about anything apart from the situation we're in
  4. FFS. We were actually fairly comfortable
  5. Brilliant from Nelson, typically shite from Mavididi
  6. Can't sit that deep when they get a bit of possession. Should be impossible for them to play a pass on the edge of the box to get it, yet they seem to be able to every time
  7. If he touched it
  8. I remember that from earlier in the season. Luckily that steam went down so I've got another one with bang average comms; massive upgrade!
  9. Quality from Thomas
  10. That technique shows you how easy it is to take a decent set piece by just clipping it into a decent area.
  11. Players celebrating like that as well
  12. It is but he has been good, and let's be honest, that word can be used for 2 or 3 others at a stretch. Winks makes him so much worse for whatever reason, and there is no way you pick Winks over Skipp given what's at stake. Winks was absolutely shite until about 70 mins. Thankfully he scored a great goal and then played much better.
  13. This is what I, and many others, say constantly. We'd done all the hard yards and put the club into a position where even underperformance would have been safety in the PL, but success would have been CL football or at least a lot of EL/challenging for cups. Yes, we'd likely have dropped back to the championship at some point, but shouldn't have happened in this time frame, let alone twice and on the cusp of worse. Probably more depressing is that we actually opened the door for Villa and Newcastle to go on challenge (and secure) the CL places.
  14. Lots of mistakes probably would have happened but no way we'd have sunk this low
  15. Going against the grain here and say that I actually think that's the one area of his game that has improved (not saying much). Never seen somebody who isn't a big lad get fouled so much. Not for a second saying we should keep him by he is infinitely better than Ayew l, which unfortunately is the benchmark outside of the transfer window.
  16. He's an absolute disgrace this year. His end product/decision has genuinely been the worst I've ever seen
  17. A point that stops the rot. And even with the late goal, the players actually showed some fight and didn't look destroyed
  18. Second half he was immense (still the odd occasion where he faffs around rather than playing a pass or shooting). First half he looked like he'd never kicked a ball. Still, he's going to be crucial to our chances
  19. Ffffffffsssss. Mavididi.
  20. Hahahaha. Basically the 2 worst players in the first half have scored
  21. The strongest Luke's ever looked
  22. Missed it anyway . He is absolutely awful so probably a winning contribution incoming
  23. Needs hooking immediately. Getting a bit of control but he's giving that back to Stoke single handedly
  24. Mental that Skipp is absolutely miles ahead of him now (as shown by that lovely turn for the goal)
