  1. It's very similar to Rodgers and Tielemans when he was in the press looking for a move. The message is a poor one.
  2. Not his first **** up either is it. Very strange. Winks. Justin. Faes. All stand out as better choices.
  3. Oh yes. Even with more established professionals on the pitch ahead of him. Very, very odd choice.
  4. Instead we've given leadership on the pitch to someone who's just been done for drink driving.
  5. And into midfield. ****ing hell.
  6. The system has been compromised and we don't have an alternative approach to games.
  7. Too much passing and too little attacking from us today.
  8. We've resorted to balls across the box with no target man. They're big in defence.
  9. How has the crowd not picked up on that.
  10. They're in a right ****ing mess with these long contracts and high wages. I know they did this for the amortization and so on but if it's a bag of shit sat around stinking the place out it isn't healthy for performances.
  11. There's also the chance that we can capitalise on their recent wounds. They're not in a good place and, of the big teams left, this is the best chance we have I think.
  12. Too much to look at, that.
  13. And that Rothschild copping for it. Doubtless it'll have little to no impact on my life.
  14. Lots of deaths - and imminent deaths - illness, and unrest in the ruling elite of Europe recently. I'm no conspiracist but it does seem weird that we've had : King Charles diagnosed with cancer. Kate Middleton having abdominal surgery. The Duchess of York diagnosed with skin cancer. Thomas Kingston dying suddenly. King of Norway hospitalised. The Pope hospitalised. Danish Queen abdicating. An interesting time for Royal-Gazers for sure.
  15. Yeah. The team that played tonight looked like the same team that won 76% of games before Friday. Very much the team we expect. The changes to the game mattered. They made a difference.
  16. In no way a proxy for League performances. Very professional. Tight. Attacking. Weirdly restrained. Well done.
  17. I'm assuming a win the quarters, HPF.
  18. I'm conflicted. On the one hand - sensible. Don't need the distraction. On the other - semis of the FA.
  19. I echo this. He may not be as effective as others over 90 minutes but to presume that his experience isn't valuable in seeing out games like Friday is weird. A more than competent individual who has been underused by Enzo.
  20. I stand corrected.
  21. Was against Spurs. Which says it all. He's emblematic of Chelsea's faults and failures. Expensive and ineffective. They won't look back on him fondly when he's gone.
  22. I think he's a fine manager and we're lucky to have him. I also think that losing 1-3 away and not seeing out the second half was a crap performance. I can hold both of those opinions with relative ease and it shouldn't be that hard to do.
  23. Not signing Sensei is looking a very poor move.
  24. The fans have become just as dogmatic as under Brendan. No criticism allowed. I've recently been told on here that the 3-1 loss away was 'pretty much the perfect away performance' in response to criticism yet also read that 'it's a results business' in response to someone being bored by possession football. Which is it? Why is every criticism unacceptable?
  25. I'm not worried long term either. However, saying that we were poor tonight has been met with hostility. The last time this was the case was when supporters suggested that Rodgers wasn't quite right before we blew the top four. It's ****ing strange. We weren't good enough. It doesn't seem controversial to say that. It shouldn't be salacious.
