Yes, agree with you. Only watch the Citeh now , and that’s painful at the moment. I bet like me, you were predicting years back this would happen. Saturation and we’ve been spoilt by too many Christmases. As a poster has said, there were some crap and dull matches back in the 70s and 80s, but at least every team tried to win every game. Plus each team had players who tried to dribble or tried the trick of the time, and many teams had at least 1 skilful player with style and a bit of swagger.

Because , as crap as he has been, if you’re going to ridicule 1 of our players, at least give all the information. He had 1 of our very few efforts on goal, and it should be acknowledged . At least the poster showed the clip, but even then called it a “good chance “ - no it wasn’t , he took the ball on some distance out and had the skill and confidence to strike a good shot ( maybe our best of the game) and it needed a good save. Cooper and the coaching staff are seeing something we’re not to justify his selection, but of course some of you lot know better. I’ve never followed his previous career, but it seems he was highly rated by Fulham.

I didn’t say clear cut chances, but in my opinion good chances from which a composed confident team would have scored at least 1 or 2. I counted 8 against P A , plus the offside Daka goal if I include the slick passing and final ball from KDH, but just let down by either him delaying the pass or Daka going a fraction too early.

I get the anxiety and frustration, but look at how many good chances we missed last night, and the Mav header at the end against Millwall. Ok it’s a cliche , but on another day at least 1 goes in.
