I’ve just bought an Ooni koda 2 (gas) I’m up to my neck in flour and dough and trying a cold ferment overnight, I’m new to this so any tips? I’ve bought a pizza peel, is it hard to get the pizza onto the pizza peel or is there a knack to it? I must have watched about 30 videos on tik tok with different recipes. Anyone got a really easy one either same day that still tastes nice or one where tou put the dough in the fridge? Dough gets f*cking everywhere doesn’t it Any good recommendations for pizza base sauce? Or any tips in general for a newbie?

I might be wrong here, but if you if you can run a sub 20 5km, surely your marathon time would likely be a significant chunk under 4 hours? probably nearer 3:15-3:45? Surely that makes the sub 20 harder and more Impressive than sub 4hr marathon?

it's unfathomable 4 weeks after the conclusion of the season we still have zero accountability, no plan, no communication, no news on manager etc. etc. How anyone's comfortable putting money into this club atm I have no idea how you do it Nothing is gonna change and it is going to get worse

I think we will see how many on the 1st game of the season, when we don't win the first 5 games and languishing around 7/8th around November, i think attendance will drop massively We will stil have a big chunk moan about why there hasn't been any substantial change, though.

Wish they would do this unfortunately with 20+ thousand snapping up season tickets for next season that’s the nod to hierarchy to continue as you were. That’s why nothing substantial will change here for the foreseeable until the owners are forced to sell, possibly when/if we go into administration no communication no update on new manager no statement around what went wrong no plan for the future no relationship with the fans

If we had had a really solid season, actually started to clear up the mess of the last few years, I am pretty sure it would have sold out, i would have deffo bought a ticket. Genuinely couldn't pay me to attend this

we did gait analysis and had more issues from the ones they reccomended than nuetral trainers, my partner overpronates and has neven been injured wearing nuetral trainers. Take the gait analysis with a pinch if salt, quite often they try to over-correct your natural running style which cam actually lead to injuries.
