We have had 23,000 people pander to top and pay for a season ticket this season around £500-£600 for LEAGUE ONE football, I really don’t blame the club for trying to get more money out of your lot! our fans lap it up! people moaning about £20 but happy to part with hundreds of pounds for a ST. make it make sense

I don't think there is any other benefit apart form ROI which is the primary reason for having an ISA in first place. SAS ISA if you invest into S&P500 for example will yield an annual return of 8-10% and compound interest versus roughly 4.5% in a Cash Isa Anyone who is saving money into a standard savings account should really think about moving that into a SAS ISA and into the S&P, i have a 2 month income buffer in my easy access saver then rest in SAS ISA

In other bad news interest on ISA's to be taxed at 22% This is such an awful policy decision. Even the people who know about ISAs and invest in ISAs, are not understanding the changes properly (me included). So the people who are thinking about investing or don't know much about S&S ISA are going to see this and be turned off from it. Effectively having the opposite effect from what the government wants, which is to increase investment into S&S. Failing to understand second order effects of their policy decisions pretty much sums up this Labour government From my understanding, If you leave cash sitting uninvested inside a Stocks & Shares ISA, the interest earned on that cash is expected to be taxed at 22% from April 2027, to try and stop people using Stocks & Shares ISAs as de facto Cash ISAs.
