This is interesting, think all depends on running style etc, I have the Azura and my best shoe for most running, I do agree they don't have that bite for the interval runs, i use my saucony speed for these. My body is not good for anything unstable which the SL are a bit unstable for me, i didn't get on with the Asics nova 5 they are also incredibly unstable - I'm 92kg maybe the spongey trainers aren't that good for the heavier runner

We need an out and out striker, if we don’t get one before the window closes we won’t get promoted and the club will be in even more bother than we are in now. I still cannot believe we haven’t got a proper striker in.

Good to see the bats in the garden after sun set, we live opposite a field so I think that helps. More insects = more bats so planning on adding some more plants next year that attract insects and put a bat box at the side of the house. They fly surprisingly low and seem quite confident even when we sit there in the garden
