They aren’t getting snapped up by landlords. so, I’ll ask an again.. how are landlords stopping first time buyers? we have had to up the rent price for our rental due to the last tenant wrecking the house causing thousands of pounds worth of damage, but landlords are the problem remember..

Go on rightmove and search for two bed terraces 15 miles of Leicester for sale, see how many come up. 560 within 10 miles

It won’t. Will mean landlords will sell up due to renters rights bill and more power to the renter, the supply falls, demand increases and prices rise for the renter.

we visit Skiathos every few years, really nice island and skopelos is beaut. Beaches are incredible across both islands - we did a boat trip from Skiathos harbour which is semi-private (around 8-10 people on a sailing yacht- best thing we did all holiday) . Nice buzz in Skiathos town and some really really good restaurants. We stayed Koukanaries which has won awards for its beach, nice in the AM but busy late morning/PM due to day trippers from greek mainland. free shuttle into Skiathos town was really useful. Troulos is popular but a bit too brits abroad for us
