Would love to see the odd 30 minute spell where, when chasing the game as on Saturday, Vardy comes on to support Kel rather than to replace him. (Aware Kel looked like he had cramp or something as he came off) They’ve proven they have a great understanding and a good goal scoring record together.

I think Braybrooke and Alves may buck the trend, but I do feel like our recent academy products (KDH, Barnes, Hamza, Thomas) don’t look comfortable with ball at feet.

Blows ones mind that Patson Daka and Luke Thomas may both be playing PL football next season whilst classy operators like Ricardo and Winks ply their trade in the Championship.

Yes iirc he talked about how he went back to Milton Keynes and trained there over the course of one summer. Since this he’s never looked back. Sadly Thomas will get away with his many shortcomings on here as he’s a ‘local lad’.

Not sure the reason Thomas hasn’t been playing is because he needs rest….

This is the bit that irks me greatly. Few saying he did the same at open training session which I find particularly distasteful as there were so many young kids wishing to meet their “heroes”.

Given the incorrect spelling of “Leicester”, added to the self-bestowed title of “lad”, I would suspect you’re perhaps not far off with 12….. being his IQ.

Kristiansen has had 6 months though mate, Thomas has had 3 years. Hardly comparable length of time? How long do you want Luke to be given a chance for out of curiosity? Hypothetically if we get relegated this season and he plays as badly as he did last season, will you keep giving him further chances? Let’s give players a go in an inferior league which they have played there part in us playing in: great logic. Heads should roll as a result of our relegation. Don’t get me wrong Thomas is not the only one who should be on this list, but his name should definitely be on it.

Don’t seek to hate anyone mate. Not asking for a “world beater”, just purely someone that is able to perform at the level that they’re contractually obliged to do so. I’m perplexed by the wide berths afforded to (and the rose tinted spectacles which some people use to approach) our academy graduates. I respect each other peoples opinions. You’re entitled to yours as I’m entitled to mine.

Agreed mate, as I mentioned above congratulations to Luke! Sadly however I will look back on this season in 10 years time and think it was the season we got relegated, as opposed to the season Luke Thomas got an u21 medal. As I’ve mentioned above I’m here as a fan of LCFC, not England, not Luke Thomas nor any other player for that matter.
