    It sounds stupid and goes against what I've said on this topic but I think people have got to start wading into these Facebook idiots.     Meh, how many games do Northern Ireland have that actually matter between now and May. As long as he can travel to the game, pick the team and give a team talk before hand that probably works for them. Doubt they're doing any real system stuff when they're training anyway.
