Skipp is fourth choice though, potentially 5th depending on how Ruud views Hamza. Mental to think the money we spent on him but Wilf, Soumare and Winks are all ahead in the pecking order. In my opinion this is one of two positions I think we can avoid for this season investing in, the other being goalkeeper.

Ruud focused so much of his play around De Jong at PSV so not surprised to see us being linked with a similar profile of player. If we do bring in another striker this month which seems likely ultimately I trust Ruud’s judgement for that specific position.

Where have you pulled that one from then? Quick recovery’s are seen as around 6-9 months for an ACL injury! Late Feb would make it around 4 months no? Never happening.

Realistically the starting 11 needs at least a left wing back, centre back, right back, winger and a striker (if Daka doesn’t impress). So 4/5 potential signings are needed to improve the current side. I’m not a fan of utilising the loan market but for the amount we need, we have to use it this January. How many loans can we register in a match day squad? Is it 2?

Right winger. right back. Attacking left wing back. Personally I think the centre backs will be okay until the summer. Sadly, struggling to see where Ricardo fits in now days, just unreliable from an injury perspective.

I think regardless of whether Rudkin keeps his job or not, with Enzo and RVN speaking in depth about the club (pro’s and con’s) I would imagine Enzo mentioned the need for the board level to expanded and for some reason I feel RVN will be backing that point. Rudkin can take a salary as far as I care as long as his roles are delegated to the correct people and his involvement is just a yes man to Top.

Draw would be a very good result here, very unlikely however with Bounanotte unavailable as well as Bilal potentially after coming off last night.

Agree completely, however, I think Mads passing range is much better than Kasper’s.

To be fair I think your being slightly harsh on Kelleher he’s kept them in multiple games this season and his shot stopping is absolutely class.

We quoted £40m whilst he had never played a game in the premier league, he’s now proving that he is one of the best goalkeepers in the premier league. The current transfer record for a goalkeeper is £71m for Kepa to Chelsea, whilst I don’t think that’ll be happening he’s easily a £50/£60m player which would make him the second highest transfer fee for a goalkeeper. I think Enzo will come calling for him in the summer.
