Its weird how the momentum seems to come in waves when in theory all games are irrelevant to each other. That was a twitchy 30 mins or so!

Exercise! Its amazing what aspects of your life improve when you feel better about yourself. -
Like many people i got so bored of him winning a couple of years ago I just put it down to him being a really good driver in an unbelievable car. Now he's winning in a car that shouldn't be up there he's proving to be amongst the greats. His qualifying has impressed me more than any race.

The Running Thread (formerly How fast can you run a 5k?)

Have been struggling to get motivation to run lately in favour of bulking up a bit instead but mainly because I hate running in heat. Went out this morning with an intentional slow 10k and remembered why I love running. Sometimes I forget that I don't need to push hard every time and today I just kept it steady. Ill probably take that mindset into the Leicester HM this year and not really care about the time and just enjoy the day (until New Walk incline) -

Was tempted to do Vicky park run on Saturday morning for a change (I've only ever done Braunstone) but as I was running a bit late opted out as I wasn't sure where to park and where it even starts. For future reference can anyone help? -
Another player who was given a wonderkid tag that seems to hold a grudge he never really made it and still thinks he's better than he is.

Yeah I've muddled my brain watching numerous videos on this and they all seem to contradict each other

It was changing my grip that helped last time. I thought I'd cracked it a couple of months ago, strangely opening up the face more when lining it up helped and also lowering my right shoulder. Such a frustration because it feels like im doing nothing differently. Im too stubborn to tee off with irons also!

How do I stop slicing my bloody Driver?! it's now at a point it's become a hazard to the general public . I was hooking it a couple of years ago and had a lesson which sorted it out for a while but now it's completely the opposite and I don't see what im doing differently

For a few months before his first bad injury he looked like he was going to be special, he never got his confidence back after that and has been a bomb scare for 2 seasons. Wish him luck though! -
Played very occasionally for about 20 years lol, started playing regularly around 3 years ago. I still enjoy playing to be honest even when it's bad!

Just shot 112 around Humberstone heights, horrible game and I can't see me ever breaking 100

It happened again! Woke up early so decided to 'start the day right' with a long run beside the canal. Managed 15k but not long after getting home I'd gone whiter than a sheep, felt light headed then full on throwing up. Starting to feel human again now but now wish I'd just sat on my arse and had a fry up -

Its okay I've seen all this before. Jude Bellingham is gonna score a bicycle kick in the last min to equalise

Fitzy staying with Scheffler, would love to see him win it but Scottie is annoyingly brilliant.

Already a few cases of Pancreas problems due to using it. As I said in my original post it's not aimed at all users. But those capable of diet and exercise should simply use diet and exercise to lose weight, it'll be so much healthier and more rewarding.
