Think to me these are the classic rumours- you get the fun names, then the controversial ones that people lose their heads about, then the eventual crap hire who is slightly better than the controversial ones

Doyle would be the perfect signing for our situation, someone who could head up a rebuild over the next 5 years or so

Two reasons I’d have for loans this summer- 1- Immediate promotion frees up more funds and loans will go back, meaning either we go up and rebuild in a league with better players available to us, or stay down without the extra finances not tied up 2- We will be able to get better players on loan than permanently, which feeds in to point one, as staying in league one would cripple us a smaller third reason is also we can get players in that we may then be able to keep, with the added bonus of a trial season

Average in League one is affected by sides with 5k stadiums like Bromley and Mansfield, we do not need to be at the average to be able to run. Think a lot of assets leave but I think we will be able to keep 3/4 senior players and make a few signings and survive, the issue will only come if we don’t straight back up

If we can I think our main target this summer is sell around those two and start them next year

This is my point- selling him for less would be really thick, would rather keep and lose on a free then sell for 2.5m

Not a fan but I think Enzo keeping him around as a squad player means he can’t be that awful in the dressing room. Before it gets said, Winks started 40 odd games that year, that is why he was there. He is shite, but for the actual dressing room can think of a few names I’d want gone first based on their known history with managers- Winks and Vestegaard are two that come to mind straight away, and if the rumours are true about the French bullying stuff we can add the two who were involved to this too

Think unless we get very good offers it wouldn’t make financial sense to sell some of them, I’m sure some of the dents we will make will allow us to keep guys who have had a L2 season

Also have Jayden Joseph who has been very good in L2 and is 19

Think either the club gets it completely right for a good 5 year period or Top leaves and we get a good new owner in
