I’d probably go for the same starting XI v Ipswich but dependent on the game, bring Yunus on a lot earlier, plus safe in the knowledge we have Daka to bring on if we need.

Dorsett has clearly been fed that directly from the club though, he’s not just plucked it randomly out it out of the air. It also makes zero logical sense for us to sell him at this stage to anybody unless they put in a staggeringly high bid which we couldn’t turn down. Rudkin may be incompetent but even he isn’t that stupid.

The main point from the Dorsett article that people are missing is that the player himself has absolutely no interest in leaving. This is not happening, relax.

If you’re to objectively look at it, everything Dorsett says there makes all logical sense compared to the Ornstein story. If somebody makes a stupid bid then it would be difficult to turn down. But he is too important at this stage to sell for anything but a stupidly high price.

Yep, he may be our ‘best player’ but I also think he’s a lot more replaceable than others. As we’ve seen with our record without him, Ndidi is now our most important player in this structure, because his legs and ball winning ability get us playing in the right areas. Mavi equally absolutely is more vital in creating space for others.
