  1. They’re all over them, it’s coming.
  2. We honestly weren’t that far off physically. Leeds just nailed us tactically, no need to panic. We have Alves, Ndidi, Yunus to come back who will all be like new signings.
  3. As Enzo has said, this is not PlayStation. If he and the team learn from last night then in my opinion, given our position, it was worth it.
  4. She is truly evil. Who is she even pitching to at this point? Also an interesting side point is that Prince William is undertaking and funding a lot of work to tackle homelessness, is Prince William an enemy of the state?
  5. Because at the analysis above said, they were doubling, even tripling up on him. Leeds realised our only goal threats last night were Fatawu and Stephy, so they marked them out of the game and our midfield, strikers couldn’t fill in the gaps.
  6. Great analysis, that was a team absolutely nailing their game plan with strengths which could exploit us, yet we only lost by a goal in a tight game. The system will see us up comfortably as no other team can come at us like that. No need to panic.
  7. Club legend and all that but Vardy was absolutely pathetic tonight. Shoved off the ball in terrible area’s, ultimately leading to the winning goal.
  8. Never did I think I’d say this but we desperately miss N’didi’s creativity and ball retention.
  9. Club Statement: Ari Karvelas cleared after investigation | Sussex Cricket Amazed he's gotten away with this unless they couldn't prove that he said what he supposedly did.
  10. Isn’t the West Bank stuff more ethnic cleansing than terrorism. The goal of the settlers is to remove Palestinians from the West Bank and of course unlike Gaza there is no militant/terror group to protect them.
  11. Starmer’s approval rating continues to rise despite the loud voices on the left.
  12. Pakistan for the sheer banter that would descend from it. If not then New Zealand or South Africa for novelty sake. And then if not then India as the ABA (anyone but Australia) rule comes into place.
  13. No, like most conservatives they like the idea of freedom as long as it’s on their terms.
  14. Is Madushanka the second coming of Chaminda Vaas?
  15. “When I signed, the club said they wanted characters and experienced players who can speak and push people in the dressing room,” he says. It's so frustrating that the club only did something about this after relegation but fair enough for recognising the issues. I'm guessing they were pretty glaring even internally.
  16. The thing about this United squad is that it would be easy to say they’re underperforming, but if you look at the squad, they’re doing as well as you’d expect.
  17. I think anyone over 30 should maybe be pushed on after this. There's lots of great U30 players to build a one day team around for the next 4 years, Brook, Duckett, Hain, Atkinson, Rehan etc. Let the older boys focus on test matches.
  18. Why did NZ put South Africa in given SA's record this world cup?
  19. Lockdowns could’ve been avoided if they had taken very strict early action. Ramping up testing once the first case was noted and putting people in quarantine. But if they did that, the right wing would’ve called nanny state, so it was never feasible. Therefore the floodgates were opened. New Zealanders lived an open life (although fortunate due to the geography) throughout because they took decisive early action, but they are much maligned by anti lockdowners despite having the least lockdowns 🤷🏼
  20. A 50 year old work colleague who had no co-morbidities died from it. There are tonnes of examples of healthy people dying from covid. You have athletes (that I can think of), Leo Messi, Maro Itoje still suffering the effects of their first covid infection to this day. I don’t even get the point of denialism at this stage. Are you also suggesting that we should’ve let the vulnerable people die?
  21. Not to retraumatise people but pre vaccine covid was horrific as outlined on here by people working in hospitals. Strict lockdowns maybe could’ve been avoided with earlier mitigations but that is another story.
  22. Ramadan in 2034 falls in November/December which would make it incredibly difficult to host a tournament then for lots of reasons.
  23. That is the internet, and I'm also guilty of this. I just don't believe that a person would go out to hurt another person in that way.
  24. Just reading it, I’m honestly thinking there’s enough there to charge him. He has taken decisions deliberately knowing he would large swathes of the population and didn’t seem to care.
  25. Realistically my beef is with Novara media, owen jones and that clan of idiots.
