Last two homes games QPR and Middlesbrough have followed a blueprint and beaten us, I think Norwich will be slightly more open because they’re a better team. Nonetheless, first goal is crucial and if Norwich score it we are beaten.

Wouldn’t class Norwich as very winnable but then again we should be winning every game at home in this division- obviously we won’t but setting out with the expectations.

Watched the Next Goal Wins film, not as good as the documentary but enjoyable. I know the director wasn’t interested in making it a factual film and completely based on the documentary.

Question is whether he could start two in four, given the noises prior to international break of him not training between starts with a week apart.

Yeah I think we’ve just entered the beginning of the end for my one (that vet trip being pretty much confirmation) but hopefully he can make the summer still. I have contemplated about adding another but I fear I’ve left it too late, albeit he would be very tolerant.

I did the park run once at Buxton on pavilion gardens, I hate park run and the cramped course despite the great surroundings meant I would never do one again. Did 5 miles in 42 minutes today, quite fast for me.

Thanks for the kind words. We took him home last night, this morning he has woken up and he is definitely improved, albeit there is something not quite right. He’s getting old and perhaps I need to remember that he’s not the young dog he once was.
